A beautiful house with private access to the sea, 25 km to the city.

A very beautiful and functional house with own jetty for small and big boats. A “small” beach suitable for children very close to the house. The environment is quiet and calm with a fantastic view overlooking boats on its way in and out of the Stockholm archipelago. The house has lots of spacious areas for eating, relaxing or just sitting still watching the birds and boats on the water. A big kitchen with all the necessities such as dishwasher, big oven, espresso machine as well as traditional coffee brewer. Big fridge and freezer in the kitchen. Fireplace as well as a separate dining area closed to the kitchen. Overlooking the water is a big dining table where up to 22 people can dine together using the extensions. The house had 4 separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets and, cushions. 2 separate bathrooms one on each floor all with a toilet. One separate toilet on the ground floor. There are 2 different dining areas in different locations facing the sun as well as a separate space for a relaxed mid day break. A wooden terrace surrounds the whole house. The best view is seen from the lounge facing the sun set. Lots of comfortable deck chairs for relaxing around the house and on the jetty.
