With beautiful vaulted ceilings, and a fabulous optional Shepherds Hut (sleeping a further 3), Frog Manor is ideal for all your adventures in Cornwall and provides a cosy base all year round. Getting here couldn’t be easier, with it being less than two hours to arrive from London via Newquay airport you can be enjoying the estuary views and scenic countryside in no time.

Once you’re here you’ll be spoilt for choice with dozens of dining options within just a few miles of Rock. In the town itself there is a wonderful pub; The Mariners, which is owned by Paul Ainsworth and is just one of 5 of his establishments in the local area - 4 of which are only across the water in Padstow and each has its own distinct style of dining.
Also just a quick ferry ride away is the ever popular Seafood Restaurant by Rick Stein and great local spot Prawn on the Lawn in Padstow. While up the road in Port Isaac there are two restaurants owned by Nathan Outlaw and the Port Gaverne Hotel which is a destination hotel with an excellent reputation.
With your choice of two stunning decks to use, or the large bi-fold doors, you can watch the sun go down on wonderful countryside views come rain or shine.
You could spend your holiday practicing your backhand in the shared tennis court that is only a few meters away (appropriate shoes needed of course)
Perhaps a tour of the local brewery is exactly how you’d like to while away an afternoon or maybe you’d prefer to sip on locally grown sparkling wine – you’ll find it’s not just fresh, local food that Cornwall is renowned for, the drinks options are just as diverse and exciting.
There are several breweries and vineyards that are open for tours and tasting all around the North Coast. Sharp’s Brewery is just up the road in Rock and runs tours regularly, just check their website. Cornish Wine Tours is also a brilliantly indulgent treat. You can visit up to 4 wineries and vineyards in one day – contact their website for availability.
Dogs are very welcome at Frog Manor for a small extra charge (just get in touch if more than one)
Parking for one car is provided outside the carriage house and there is also free parking along Rock Road for any additional vehicles.

Loved the space, inside and out, lovely property. The tennis court was a bonus and being so close to the beach just down a footpath and also close to the pub was the icing on the cake. We all want to go back next year and the owners were close at hand for anything needed and were very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
Great location, lovely spacious accommodation with plenty of sitting out space. Very well equipped kitchen but it didn't get much use as the property is close to many good eating out places. We and the dogs would definitely recommend here once a couple of handles ( Bed 2) and downstairs WC have been repaired. David and Jacky (the hosts) were around if they were needed but left us to enjoy our holiday. Thank you very much Ann, Russell, Josie and James
2 mins walk to Porthilly Cove, along a lovely footpath. Easy access to the sailing club & ski club. Our teenagers enjoyed the tennis court. Really relaxing place to have a family holiday. We will stay again.
Perfect for a family holiday, very well located near the beach, central Rock and close to the ferry to Padstow. David and Jackie were great and very helpful, we would definitely go back!
Delighted to return to this stunning property. Very friendly hosts, perfect location for all that Rock and Padstow have to offer within easy walking distance, can’t wait to return
A truly wonderful place! Perfect location.. beautifully appointed. A superb place for friends and family to stay .. made to feel home from home by David and Jacky. Thank you!
A beautiful, well thought out and equipped property with fantastic terraces to make the most of its position. Ideally located on a path to the beach and within easy walking distance of all that Rock has to offer. Very friendly hosts. We can't wait to return!
The property is light and airy with a large private roof terrace and glimpses of the estuary. Short walk to the beach, shops and ferry - highly recommended.
