One Atlantek took on the management of 2 The Strand in early 2025 as part of a portfolio expansion. It is the largest of their properties at this time and is sited in a beautiful part of Cornwall
Why they chose this property
2 The Strand was purchased because of its amazing position, great facilities and it was the perfect addition to the luxury portfolio.
What makes this property unique
The property is finished to a high standard and is within a gated development very close to Porth beach. It is perfectly suited to the beach holiday, with outdoor showers front and back, a large garage to store beach toys and a lovely outdoor space to the rear with a hot tub. Inside it is spacious and has great views of the sea and Porth island.
