Fresh, clean, and modern, this renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo/apartment is located directly across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico and 7 miles of sugar sand beach. Casa Bella A was unaffected by Hurricane Ian. Our building and property, however, did undergo some trauma. We have worked diligently to restore our building and we feel in many ways it's better than before the storm.
The space
Casa Bella A offers two master suites with king beds and a bedroom with two twin beds, each with its own bathroom. The decor is relaxing beach casual and is perfect for 6 people. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ample cookware. Each bedroom, as well as the family room, is equipped with new Smart TV’s and Free StarLink Wi-Fi. When you look at the picture of our building, the exterior stairway leads to Casa Bella A, which occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of the right side of the building.
To get you started we provide spray disinfectant, hand sanitizer, 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, as well as a small two-use bottle of shampoo and conditioner, a roll of hand towels, a small bottle of liquid dish detergent, dishwasher pods, and scouring pads.

Guest access
A propane BBQ grill is provided for your use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the outdoor grilling area for dining or relaxing—plenty of unassigned parking is available. Complimentary laundry service is also available to our guests.
Other things to note
Guests should be aware Fort Myers Beach as a whole is recovering and over time she will return to her former glory.
To avoid injury, footwear should be worn at all times while on our property and protective beach shoes are recommended while on the beach and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico.
Casa Bella is located mid-island on the corner of Avenida Pescadora and Estero Blvd.
