We loved this property! It had plenty of beds and baths. It was very clean. We loved all the extras like scooters, a wagon, water toys, the game room, hot tub, and upper patio. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the layout. It was perfect for us, all of our adult kids and their significant others and our younger ones. It stayed nice and cool inside, even with temps well over 100. The pools were refreshing and well maintained. The hot tub needs a bit of attention. There are parts missing and the water was green. There were no chlorine tabs in the floater and none in the cupboard. We did add some shock treatment but it needs more than that to be enjoyed. Luckily, it was hot enough outside that it wasn’t a huge disappointment to miss the use of it. The kitchen fridge didn’t cycle ice very well either. Check in was easy, check out was simple. We would stay again and just bring ice.

This really is a great gathering place for our adult children and grandchildren. Each bedroom has a full bath. Both floors also have a half-bath. The littles loved the air hockey table and the rock . The adults loved the hot tub and fire pit.

The host did a great job answering questions and providing information about the place. Everything was as expected or better. One problem did occur in the upstairs bathroom one of our guest slipped and fell between the toilet and shower door. She sustained bad bruise and sore ribs. You might want to check on what is done to clean the floor and remove any residue from the cleaning products.
