1 or 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS WITH BATHROOM AND PRIVATE KITCHEN AND INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE.
Our suite accommodates up to 4 people, it is a portion of our villa with independent entrance, private parking and air conditioning.
Some areas are shared, such as the indoor living room and the outdoor patios which are the most experienced part during the summer and where it is possible to relax watching the view.
Our splendid stone villa surrounded by nature has a double exposure: on one side you can admire the sea, on the other the mountains where the evening sets the sun giving unique colors ...
We are located in Santa Margherita di Pula, located between Pula and Chia, in a strategic point, close to different tourist attractions, among many others;
• It is possible to visit beautiful beaches with crystal clear water such as those in the area of Chia where the beach of Tuerredda, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Torre Chia etc are located up to go towards the area of Teulada.
• It is located near Pula, a very pretty village full of restaurants where you can even take a walk for an ice cream in the evening.
• It is also possible to visit the fascinating Archaeological Area of Nora.
