Beautiful house perfectly located within the urban area, at about 300 meters from the beach and the center at 800 meters. In its surroundings it has all kinds of services such as supermarket, butchers, greengrocers, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.
the house is very cozy with fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, etc. It has 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and wardrobes with ceiling fan, wall heater and air conditioning. Living room with furniture, air conditioning, table with 4 chairs, sofa cheslóng, led TV 40 inches with satellite channels and Netflix. It has 2 bathrooms with everything you need shower, sink, toilet and bathroom furniture.
the distribution of ground floor is living room-bathroom and kitchen and porch-terrace with barbecue and garden furniture has 2 bicycles for walks.
on 1 floor are the 3 bedrooms fully installed and bathroom
on 2 floor is the roof terrace with table, chairs and sunbeds, shower is a great place to enjoy the outdoors.
In the summer months of July-August if there is a parking space near the house
