I’m giving this 5 Stars with caveats. The cabin was Very Clean, but it’s definitely dated. The decor and the beds were very aged, and tape holding the refrigerator shelves in place was a little hokey. Could have used a few more pillows, blankets and linens, but the location, the neighborhood and the hot tub were perfect!

We enjoyed the cabin very much, its close to everything. We would stay here again very peaceful. My only dislike to the cabin was the beds are very hard, but after a morning soke in the hot tube you were ready for your day. Thanks again for wonderful place to stay.

This property was far enough to let us escape from the busy world and close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to keep our nine year old very happy while on vacation. We enjoyed every minute of it.

It was ok.
Quiet location (until around 8 am and construction crews began working) beds were uncomfortable, fairly clean ( few dust bunnies nothing major), hot tub only went to 97 degrees, early check in ( which was AWESOME since we were early) didn't spend much time in the cabin due to being out and about all day. Close to both attractions pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

The description was very accurate and was very impressed with the cleanliness of it. The hot tub itself exceeded my expectations because it actually had clean water and the temperature did not take take long to reach my desired temp. Only down fall we had was trying to play a game of pool so close to walls and not very fun at all. Other than that we would stay here again.

It wasn’t that easy getting to the property, steep road, met a car coming down as I was going up, so I had to back down to let them go by.

Overall
The beds were very uncomfortable for the price you pay for the cabin and the hot tub didn’t work till I called and they told me over the phone 2 times what to do to fix it. We wasn’t able to use the hot tub till the night before we had to leave.

Cute cabin, perfect for our first venture into cabin rental in the area. We had a great stay! A few notes…the cabin was quite dated, updates would make it perfect. The carpeting upstairs was in need of a deep cleaning, though replacement would be better. Overall, the whole place was in need of a deep cleaning. The sleeper sofa frame was bent (badly), making it necessary for the person using it to sleep backwards.
We loved the location, easily accessible to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was the perfect size for 4 of us. We loved having a washer and dryer and the hot tub was perfect!

Cleaning issues & Access into cabin
Lots of areas were never touched by the cleaning crew. Also the entrance into the cabin is steep from the vehicle to the door. The picture is deceiving.

The condition of the cabin is dated and needs significant updates to electrical and mechanical/appliances. Hot tub wasn't easy to operate as the controls were intermittent. The Indian decor was fabulous touch and layout was nice. The office was responsive when called. They do need a maintenance person to do regular visits to their sights to make sure things are working properly. I found a lot of their cabins in their reviews have issues.

Ran down property /need maintenance
All doors squeak, hot tub dirty(cloudy water, chemical dispenser was empty, filter had hair and dirt/gunk in it, had to call the office),upstairs toilet had a black ring in the bowl from standing water in it, was dusty ,the pillows smelled like head/hair I tried to wash them but the washing machine was not spinning, was only sucking water(needs a new belt maybe?),from the deck the view to the right was of a junkyard property. Downstairs restroom the towels holder was broken and it was not secured to the wall on the right side, it fell off waking up everyone. Overall feeling was that is not well maintained, maybe was not rented in a long time. The proximity was good it is closer to Pigeon Forge, but that's about it. Will not book it again.
All in all it was pretty good cabin there is a few things that need to be fixed now keep in mind i did not call and tell anyone it wasn’t a huge deal the down stairs bathtub/shower we had to use a washcloth for a stopper and you can’t switch it to shower had to go upstairs to take a shower that needs to be fixed. The hot tub had been turned down to below 60 degrees by the time it got heated up our weekend was up that was kind of a bummer the bathrooms could use a better cleaning some areas have been overlooked. The front entry need some wood replaced looks to be getting rotten. And again I DID NOT call anyone about any of this it was small stuff and it wasn’t a deal breaker and yea i would stay there again.

Thought there was a view, yet none...
First off, the front and back porches were filthy dirty! ground corn chips on the floor in living room and in master bedroom that had not been swept up or vacuumed up! There was dirt and dust everywhere!
Looked like black mold on the bottom of tub on main floor and hadn't been cleaned behind toilet in months. Same in master bath. Also had to replace shower head due to it not spraying right and also spraying on the wall behind it and has caused black mold! There were also no hand towels to dry dishes and there were no trash bags for the kitchen trash container! The baking pans and several plates were not clean! The last thing is the bed in the master bedroom upstairs was hard as a brick, so I got very little sleep.

Less than clean
When we arrived and went in the first thing you smell is a moldy mildewy smell mixed with cigarette smoke. The back porch was filthy with a cigarette sitting in an ashtray full of ashes on dirty table with ashes on it. Just in general the entire cabin was icky. All the dishes and table had dried on food and the bathroom was just bad. Everything is broken stained or falling apart. Outside of what I hoped were clean sheets nothing in that cabin had been cleaned before we arrived. My worst fear was an electrical fire. All of the outlets are loose and items will not plug in. I was worried there would be a fire and no way for the people sleeping upstairs to get out. I should have read more reviews. This seems to be a problem for this cabin. I spoke to Fireside and they were very nice but it appears that is all that every happens is a phone call. I would find another vendor to rent from. This cabin needs to be deep cleaned and all the electrical issues fixed along with broken furniture. Not the VRBO properties we are used to staying in.

Place was very cute. More than enough room for me and my bf. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Game room was fun. The air hockey table isn’t in great shape and neither is the pool table but they work. The foosball table was a lot of fun! the jacuzzi is older but works well. Upstairs shower has some mold on the wall. Other than that the place was clean. The kitchen has silverware, plates and glasses so you don’t need to bring those. Fridge was clean. Has a coffee maker. Cabin is a little hard to find in the dark (we got there late, after the sun went down, missed a turn and ended up driving all over the area to find it). The sign for it could’ve been bigger and more visible. But During the day it prolly won’t be an issue.

Came down for a long weekend for a college visit. The cabin was 45 minutes from the college, but only about 10 minutes from Gatlinburg. Great location and secluded. Cabin was clean and nice. My daughter and I enjoyed the trip.
