The farmhouse is modernised and decorated simply in the local style to a high order. All accommodation is located on the ground floor. Spacious open plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and 4 double bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and shower room. Outside BBQ, loungers and dining furniture - perfect for al fresco dining and vine covered bower for shade. The land to the north and east of the house is also part of the property. Wonderful markets with local produce, restaurants, vineyards (St Gervais, Chateauneuf du Pape), canoeing, walking, horse riding and fishing. The famous spectacular Ardeche gorges, the Orgnac and Chauvet caves and many historical sights are all within easy reach - Uzes, Avignon, Nimes, Orange, Cevennes National Park, Camargue National Park. And the Mediterranean coast is just one hour drive away.

Beautiful setting in quite rural Provence - with it's fantastic markets for local produce for wonderful barbecues and long lazy evenings outside . Wonderful wine tasting all around.

Only 10 minutes to the impressive Ardeche river with amazing gorges and fantastic walks and canoeing trips. Many day trips in every direction to the med coast, Cevennes national park and historical sights of Nimes, Arles, Orange, Vaison la Romaine, Avignon etc
