Cavour 1 - New apartment at the lake

The apartment, renovated in 2019, is located in the heart of the beautiful city of Salò in a convenient position to all services and the beautiful lakeside promenade, a very suggestive walk between lake and mountain that runs along the entire Gulf of Salò with a view of Mount Baldo .

Appartamento Cavour 1 is located on the first floor of a building consisting of a few residential units. The apartment comprises a large living room, a single sofa bed, satellite TV, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave and kitchenware. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. In the common area a single sofa bed. Finally in the bathroom you can find a toilet, sink, shower and bidet. Outside a small balcony with table and two chairs to admire the view of Piazza Cavour. Wifi is available throughout the house for free and the living room is air conditioned.

The apartment has all the comforts for a comfortable stay: Wi-fi, A / C and TV SAT.

Salò is a rich treasure trove of history, architecture and art. To begin with, a walk along the lakefront, one of the most beautiful on Lake Garda, is a must. It is a long pedestrian path, which offers a spectacular view over the entire gulf. Especially on fine days the sparkling lake offers scenarios worthy of a postcard. On the lakeside, it is also possible to choose between different bars, pastry shops and ice cream parlors, where you can taste some of the typical delicacies of the area. For lovers of history and architecture, Salò is a site full of interesting ideas and monuments. In every corner of the country it is possible to come across structures, constructions or details that date back to the times of the Venetian Republic. A country to visit on foot, calmly, pausing to observe and admire how much of the beauty of the past has been preserved, perfect as it was then.

Wonderful apartment in Salo!

We loved our stay at this apartment! Elena was wonderful - she texted me detailed pictures on how to find the apartment. There was a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and water left for us to enjoy. She brought us a second set of keys when we asked her for them. She was very quick with responses to our questions. The location was absolutely perfect - right in the center of Salo. You walked down one internal flight of stairs and one external flight, and you are right in a charming square with restaurants and shops just steps away. The ferry and taxi stand are very close by as well. There is a shop across the square where you can buy cheese and bread, and a very nice grocery store that you can walk to in 5 minutes. The apartment was equipped with everything you need to make a meal, and a Nespresso machine is thoughtfully stocked with capsules for coffee in the morning. The apartment has been newly renovated and was immaculate and very comfortable. The only thing missing was a couple of fans for the bedrooms - the air conditioning worked well but it really only reached the main part of the apartment. The bedrooms were very warm at night. We found Salo to be a great home base for exploring Lake Garda, and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung ist optimal für 2 Erwachsene und einen Teenager, da zwei Schlafräume. Die 4te Person schläft auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohn-Essraum. Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, Räume ansprechend eingerichtet

Erster Urlaub in Salo

Für unsere Silberhochzeit-Flitterwochen haben wir uns für Salo entschieden. Die Wahl fiel auf das Appartement Cavour im Herzen dieser liebenswerten kleinen Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nur wenige Schritte vom See entfernt in der Fußgängerzone zwischen Boutiquen, Restaurants, kleinen Geschäften und Eisdielen. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde vor Kurzem renoviert, und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, wurde aber von uns nicht benötigt. Unser Auto durften wir in der Tiefgarage des Italmarktes (ca fünf Minuten Entfernung) kostenfrei abstellen. Die hierzu benötigte Karte lag bei unserer Ankunft zur Benutzung auf dem Tisch bereit. Check-in funktionierte mittels WhatsApp problemlos, sehr genau beschrieben und mit Fotos und Videos erklärt und jederzeit freundlich unterstützt von Elena. Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen. 👍😊

Toller Urlaub in Salo

Die Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage am Anfang einer Fußgängerzone und in zweiter Reihe zum See. Dadurch ist man super schnell an der Promenade mit Restaurants und Geschäften sowie den Kiesstränden rund um das Zentrum von Salo. Für den Transport des Gepäcks kann das Auto an der nächsten Straße kurz geparkt werden. Der zur Wohnung gehörige Parkplatz war fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert einwandfrei wie beschrieben im Selfservice. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir wurden mit einem frischen Obstkorb und Getränken begrüßt. Auch für unseren Hund warteten Näpfe. Wir können die Wohnung und die Stadt Salo sehr empfehlen und würden dies auch wieder buchen.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir waren im Sommer 2021 in der Wohnung. Die Beschreibung im Internet trifft voll zu. Die Wohnung ist kürzlich saniert, sehr stimmig eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für drei Personen. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen - lebhaft, aber einfach schön um zu Fuß ohne Anfahrt die Stadt zu genießen. Der Parkplatz ist in ein paar Minuten fussläufig gut erreichbar, auch mit Gepäck kein Thema. Die (digitale) Kommunikation hat super funktioniert und war sehr persönlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für den tollen Service! Stefan

Perfekte Wohnung in Salò

Es ist eine sehr moderne und gepflegte Wohnung, direkt im Zentrum von Salo. Zur Seepromenade sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Organisation und Kommunikation im Vorfeld war Super. Preis-Leistung klasse. Der Parkplatz ist wie beschrieben in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz befindent sich auf einem Supermarktgelände, perfekt für den Einkauf. Kleiner Tipp: Restaurants im Vorfeld reservieren.

War sehr schön!

FeWo liegt im Zentrum. Man hat also sehr kurze Wege und ist sofort mittendrin. Die FeWo ist sehr schön und es mangelt an nichts.

Besser geht nicht !

Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir wurden mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und einem Obstkorb begrüßt! Die Wohnung sehr sauber und modern , weil sehr neu ! Hervorragend, wirklich schön ! Die Betten könnten allerdings besser sein ! Die Lage der Wohnung, wenn man es mag, am Puls des Lebens. Zur Saison bestimmt nicht so ruhig, wie es jetzt war . Ende der Coronabeschränkung und Anfang der Saison ! Preis und Leistung einwandfrei, gibt nichts zu meckern !!! Wir werden diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen !!!!

Toll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Salo und kennen das Örtchen gut. Die Lage dieser Wohnung ist optimal, die liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig in einer Seitengasse. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll mit komplett neuer Einrichtung ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Ich schlafe schwierig ein an fremden Orten, hier war das kein Problem. Super Vorteil ist auch der angemietete Parkplatz für die Wohnung ganz in der Nähe, der inklusive ist. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, alles wurde bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt. Wir durften 2 Stunden früher die Wohnung beziehen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam, haben uns sogar an einem Regentag einen Schirm vor der Tür gestellt. Wenn es wieder ergibt von der Zeit her, würden wir diese Wohnung erneut für unseren jährlichen Salò-Aufenthalt buchen.
