Small charming studio apartment in a newly renovated villa in Arzachena in a very quiet residential area, but well-stocked with useful services,
less than 100 meters away we find supermarkets, bars, pizzerias.
A pleasant mini-apartment with living room / bedroom with kitchenette, complete bathroom with shower, a wooden patio, furnished for outdoor meals or even a simple aperitif in relax.
After the iron gate you arrive at the garden, which leads to the house. the garden shaded by olive trees exudes a sense of coolness and even on hot days they create a pleasant breeze.
