VILLA PRIMULA is located about 3 km from Lake Maggiore and the center of Stresa, in a perfect position for those who want to escape from the stress of work and city traffic. It is necessary to have the car to reach this place.

VILLA PRIMULA is a magical place, a corner of paradise of peace and tranquility, immersed in the green of the surrounding woods.
The apartment is accessed from the driveway entrance and not from the pedestrian gate.
The uncovered parking space is inside the park of the house, and arrives under the entrance of the apartment. To access the apartment you have to go up a flight of stairs, even if the apartment is on one floor.
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with a baby bed; a room with a bunk bed (2 single beds) where another cot can be added;
a complete bathroom with tub and shower together, bidet, toilet and sink; a large well-equipped kitchen and a well-lit dining room, with two large windows overlooking the lake.
From here you can enjoy a BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE BORROMEO ISLANDS.
The apartment also has a patio outside equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. An area of the park of the house is available to guests.
Upon arrival the area dedicated to guests will be indicated. The owner Giuliano does not live in the house, but he has his own apartment with an independent entrance that he occasionally uses for some brief period of vacation. The two apartments have private and private entrances.
Guests are required to respect the surrounding environment, the forest, the nature of not lighting fires in the woods. The barbecue is not available to guests.
