We had a comfortable stay at Vivians house. Nice covered parking spot. Easy to get to the interstate and main streets into town. Very roomy home for our group of 8. Thank you for an easy stay in the big easy.

Vivian’s house is ideal for groups who want to take in a beautiful neighborhood in Bayou St. John. Parks, cafes, bars and grocery stores are all within walking distance. The house is roomy and comfortable and has lots of great eclectic touches and art. Vivian is very easy to communicate with and takes great care to make sure you enjoy your stay. We look forward to visiting again!
I rented this home in New Orleans because I had contracted work in the area for a few months and I had a few workers with me and we did not want to stay in a hotel for a few months. That being said we were very happy with his home. It was conveniently located, and there was an easy process to check in and check out. I would recommend you stay here if you’re coming to the area. .
We loved staying at Vivian’s home. The property was very clean, well-located and spacious. The rooms were all of a good size and there was even a pool table for rainy days. Vivian was extremely responsive to our questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again!
Our company rented this property for employees while on a project in Belle Chasse. The employees were sad to leave because they loved the property so much. It was clean, safe and very quiet. The Landlord was EXTREMELY quick to respond, was very flexible and friendly. We are hoping to stay here again if our schedules allow. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Vivian!
We really enjoyed our extended stay here. The neighborhood is very walkable, with local coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, as well as City Park all nearby. The overall decor of the spacious house was welcoming and artsy. Vivian was a gracious host and incredibly flexible in working with our uncertain schedule. We would definitely return here in the future!
My friends and I stayed during Mardi Gras 2020. The photos listed are exactly what you get when you get to the property. All the beds were clean and comfortable and the 3 bathrooms really came in handy for 8 adults. This property ended up being the perfect location to see all the parades! Canal Street was just three blocks away and we were able to walk there and enjoy the parades that are nothing like the West Coast. There is a little corner liquor store steps away from the house with the friendliest owner that is open until midnight. The French Quarter was about a short Lyft/Uber ride away. The Quarter is closed during Mardi Gras so all the drivers got us as close as possible.
The check in/out process was simple and Vivian responded to all my questions the same day I asked.
The one caveat is that there weren't a lot of pots and pans. For a group that liked to make breakfast at home (and snacks for after the partying) that was the only downfall, easily solved by rewashing the pans multiple times to cook.
Overall, great location and perfect size for 8 adults to stay comfortably.

comfortable home
The house was clean and roomy. It worked well for 7 adults and one child. It was a good location for us as we had family in the Midtown area.
A bigger sofa in the main room would be nice though and a few more dishes since we did like to have coffee and make breakfast at the house.Overall we were pleased with the house.

Reunion made close to Perfect..
The property was better than the photos on line. The home was spacious, well floor planned for privacy and comfort. So much more than a room or suite, it was a home. My son and grandson lived the weekend with 6 ladies and they never heard a single complaint from us. We loved that they loved it. Where is Harrah's again?

Comfortable stay in New Orleans!
House was in great condition. Five of us stayed at the home and were very comfortable. The three bathrooms made getting ready each morning so easy. Vivian was responsive to our questions and was extremely professional to work with. She is amazing.
Things you should know about the home:
Home was very clean. Towels and toiletries were in bathrooms. Hair dryers were available. Beds are clean and have great sheets/comforters. There are dishes, cups, silverware, and a coffee machine available in the kitchen.
