Townhome 5 in Springdale, at Zion National Park

Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Very nice and comfortable. Furniture and bedding were nice and in a nice location. Clean, well equipped kitchen, having a laundry was a nice perk, close to a market and easy walk to several restaurants. Close to a shuttle stop, but less then a ten minute drive to the park.

The condo had everything we could ask for! Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in both rooms, fully stocked kitchen (which made quick meals easy to assemble), washer and dryer, and it was VERY clean when we arrived. The owners also let us use the parking spot early on the day we arrived which saved us the massive parking hassle that Springdale presents--that allowed us to have an excellent day even before we checked in. Highly recommend and would stay again if we come back.

This is a wonderful property for anyone wanting to visit Zion NP. The owners have thought of everything you would want for a vacation and stocked the Condo with it. It is located close to restaurants and stores so you need not drive once you arrive. We strongly recommend this property and these hosts!

Location was fantastic and owners were very attentive and proactive in communicating with us - both before and during our stay. Great set up for 2 couples traveling together with the two separate bedrooms each with their own connected bathroom. So very convenient to everything in town and Zion National Park. The hosts were great, very responsive. Location is fantastic-- short walk to restaurants, Zion Guru outfitters, shopping, Springdale shuttle stop, etc. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The back porch and balcony were added bonuses. Next time in Springdale I will stay here again, no doubt.

This property has everything! It is located across the street from a small neighborhood grocery store. It is also next door to Meme’s Cafe and Oscar’s. The property is a short walk to the park entrance and also right around the corner from stop 5 of the Springfield shuttle (if you prefer to ride). The property is very clean and appears new. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds slept well. Huge washer and dryer with this unit. We would definitely stay her again! Highly recommend.
