LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! A vacation destination, with the privacy & comfort of home. Beautiful Shell Beach getaway by the sea, walkable to the ocean! Temperate climate year-round! Stroll down to the Pacific & enjoy sunsets. Centrally located; walkable to all of Shell Beach. Stainless appliances, hardwood floors, luxury queen beds, & blackout blinds.

An old home made new; with luxuries of a new home in a vintage cottage with character and charm. The home offers an avocado tree in the front yard, help yourself! There is also a back porch for your outdoor enjoyment, which is fenced in to accommodate pets. The home is professionally cleaned and left neat & tidy. There is a smart television and high-speed Wifi, no cable. I take pride in my home; and look forward to sharing it with you!

Walk anywhere in Shell beach! The Steaming Bean coffee shop is a lovely way to start the day, within walking distance. Numerous shops and spas scattered along Shell Beach Road. The Shell Beach Brewhouse is just across the street! Stroll down to the Pacific Ocean-- the rugged coastline is practically at your doorstep. Hike the ridge overlooking a pristine coastline. Rent kayaks/paddle-boards; or take a bike for a scenic ride. Edna Valley boasts miles of vineyards to wine-taste, picnic, and relax the stress away. The possibilities are endless! Avila beach is only a 5 minute drive. There is a trolley that runs on weekends transporting to Avila. Grover beach offers the option of drive-on beach access; and either beach allows bonfires to end the night! Roast marshmallows with the kids; or listen to the waves crashing while you star-gaze.

The cottage is quite cozy and is close to everything in Shell Beach including the beach, restaurants, and shops. Everything is walkable from this central location. Great communications from the host made me feel very prepared and welcomed.

Had a wonderful time. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The cottage is so cute. It’s next to so many restaurants. We just didn’t have time to try them all. There’s a nice little walk down to the edge of the cliff you can sit and relax and just enjoy a sunset. Very cute.

Cozy Shell Beach Cottage

My family and I rented this cottage for the weekend of Cal Poly's graduation. It was perfect. It was just a short drive to SLO! We went between Shell Beach and campus multiple times without a problem. The cottage is very well appointed with everything one needs for a very comfortable stay. Super clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

Darling Little Beach House

This cute home is in a great neighborhood of Shell Beach. Friendly neighbors, restaurant across the street, coffee shop a block away and a short walk down the street gives you the most incredible view of the ocean and coastline. The house had everything we needed. There was even a welcome basket with a bottle of wine and snacks. We were very happy there. A great experience and memories with my parents that we will talk about for years to come.

Highly recommend!

Great location in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Many gorgeous walks and food options right from the driveway. We loved that we were close enough to Pismo Pier to visit but far enough away from the crowds. It was handy to have the small front yard and back enclosed concrete patio for our two boxer dogs. They tired themselves out on beach romps so they didn’t need much space. The cottage was stocked with many little touches: lots of clean towels, brand new sponge and dish soap, a welcome basket with wine (to enjoy cliffside sunsets with the locals) etc. Melissa was always quick to reply to any questions I had. Definitely recommend this charming cottage!

This was such a great little cottage. Great location. Several good restaurants within walking distance. The ocean just at the end of the street. And even though the Highway is close by, you really can't hear it. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Amazing beach cottage

We stayed here with our family to bring our son back to school at CalPoly. We want ed more space and privacy than a hotel due to Covid. The house was perfect and very clean. Beautifully decorated and comfy beds. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils for preparing meals. , including knives that can actually cut vegetables! We will defiantly be back!

Convenient to SLO, Avila, Pismo, Edna Valley, Arroyo Grande, Paso Robles, Los Olivos, etc. I sincerely pray you come to know its value.
