Enjoy your Sanibel Island vacation getaway at Sundial A210 a 2-bedroom direct beachfront unit located at Sundial Beach Resort on the East-end of Sanibel Island. This island resort condo offers the convenience of elevator access, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple! Sundial Beach Resort is a short trip to the Sanibel Lighthouse Beach and Fishing Pier and is just a few minutes to the heart of Sanibel where you will find an abundance of restaurant options, boutique shops, and more - easily accessible by bike or car!

CONDO FEATURES

Sundial A210 Is a 2-bedroom 2 baths plus den. Direct beachfront corner unit comfortably sleep 6 guests. This unit is located in the sought-after A building which is the closest to the beach within the resort. Bedrooms with all new mattresses feature a king in the master bedroom and two Fulls in the second bedroom. The den room provides a queen sleep sofa. A210 is one of few units offering a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience. The Sundial buildings are equipped with elevator service. During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco beachfront on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pool, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! With all the conveniences of home you can easily stay for a week, a month, or longer!

The host was excellent with communication, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was beautiful—clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The highlight was the breathtaking beach views, and being steps from the beach. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Fabulous Views

We loved staying here! The sweeping views of the Gulf are incomparable, and the breeze on the balcony is wonderful! The furniture is very comfortable and clean. My only suggestion would be to replace the bedroom carpeting with tile or laminate flooring at the next update. All in all, a great stay!

We had a wonderful one week stay in Sundial A210.

We had a wonderful one week stay in Sundial A210. The absolute best thing about this property is the location. You just can't be any closer to the beach and we loved the beautiful ocean views from inside the condo. The furnishings are a little dated but not bad. Kitchen had all of the pots/pans/dishes needed for cooking but no basic pantry items like salt and pepper. For a one week stay for a family of 6, you will need to plan to purchase more toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc as what's provided is not quite enough. Kids loved the slide at the resort pool. This was our first visit to Sanibel Island but hopefully not our last!

There are a few areas in the condo that are showing some wear and could be upgraded with a little paint and TLC. Upgraded porch furniture and table/chairs would be a very nice enhancement. Overall, it is one of the best units at Sundial for our money. As stated previously, exceptional.

The Perfect Location and Getaway

The condo has been well kept and kitchen has all the common cookware and utensils. Need to bring your own seasoning. The outside grill is close as well as the pool. Everything is at your fingertips. Only disadvantage is you cannot use Subdials Resort pool or activities. You have to book with them to receive that authorization. The unit had plenty of chairs and unmbrellas. A wago would have been nice to carry chairs and umbrella, but not a big deal. The drain in the master bath was a little clogged. Other than that everything was very nice. Billy’s Bikes delivered and we did call ahead Grocery pick up at Jerry’s and we are at Doc Fords, Gramma Dots, Island Cow, Key Lime Bistro, Cips Place, Pinocchio’s for ice cream, Bubble Room for cake, and Lighthouse cafe for breakfast! All food was amazing no wait times very kid friendly. Bring our kids food fast and typically brought bread, fruit, or cheese while looking at menu. The beach was a dream! Warm water, waves were mild so we floated on the beach every day, lots of sand dollars, star fish, fighting conch, and gorgeous shells! Enjoy!!

Remax was quick to get a Plummer out to resolve issue. Then, first time we used kitchen disposal it sounded like it was going to explode, did not call on that as we did not want to deal with it on vacation. Also had a bedroom window that would not close and was a pain as a woman above us had a barking dog that she could not control. Minor irritations during a fun week. Not sure we would return given the price.

We had plenty of room, and the condo is very well appointed. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook and serve. The wraparound balcony had plenty of seating and was the place to be to beach watch. The views are unbelievable. Not only did we get great sunrises on one side and great sunsets on the other, we were there during the full moon and the moon coming up over the bay was breathtaking. We had a wonderful time exploring the area. And of course we brought back loads of shells! I highly recommend this condo for couples or families.

Big positive was Billy's Bicycles deliver to the unit before we got there! Everything is within a bicycle ride, love it!!
