CONDO FEATURES

Sundial A406 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath direct beachfront sleeping 4 guests. This unit is located in the A building which is the closest to the beach within the resort. Open living room/dining floor plan offers expansive gulf front views. Master bedroom features a comfortable king bed with en-suite bath. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. There is a washer dryer for your convenience as well as an elevator. During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Additionally, Sundial A406 is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can easily stay for a week, a month, or longer!
