Your vacation condo is a 3 BR GULF FACING unit on the 9th floor in Tower 3, which is the CLOSEST to the beach of all 5 Portofino towers. It's just a couple minute walk to the Spa/lifestyle center and restaurant, or beach.

The open floor plan features 40 plus feet of spectacular Gulf view, allowing breathtaking views from each and every room! Floor to ceiling glass in dining room, gulf front bedroom, and the family room, 9 foot ceilings with crown molding, and an expansive (30+ feet) private balcony with a grill.

Elegant Tuscan columns, domed entryway, arched ceilings, granite counter tops, imported Italian floor tile, and the master bathroom Roman whirlpool tub only begin to describe Portofino’s distinct Mediterranean feel.

Professionally decorated, 2,034 square foot unit with a "Tommy Bahama" king bed in the master bedroom and 2 (two) full beds in the guest bedroom. Living room has huge L-sofa and large chaise lounge, all furnished by Duh's, Pensacola.

Developer converted a half-bath into a fully furnished WET-BAR, adjacent to kitchen. Also has 32"-36” TVs with DVD/VCR/CD High speed internet and (2) two reserved covered parking spots. This suite is beautifully furnished and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, should you chose to make meals. This unit has all of the upgrades offered by the developer!

Pamper yourself at Spa Portofino, a $5 million 40,000 square foot lifestyle center, featuring customized body treatments, facials, full body massages, pedicures, available poolside or in your own resort residence. We had a wonderful time. The beach is fabulous and we loved the pool. The condo was perfect for us. We had several other family members and friends come over during the day and join us during day for fun. We would definitely come back for another stay. Overall a great place. The VRBO write up indicated free Umbrella and beach chairs on the gulf. That was not honored by the property management. Considering the price the lack of beach chairs and umbrella was disappointing.

Moms Weekend Away

There were 8 of us staying in the unit — all moms spending a weekend away! The property had great views of the ocean and the bay. Stanley was quick to respond and called directly when the a/c wasn’t working and it was promptly fixed by maintenance and had no further issues with a/c. The unit was decorated perfectly and the chairs on the patio were perfect. Because there were 8 women, we did miss having some full length or larger mirrors in the rooms or hallway. We would rent from Stanley again and the Portofino resort was just beautiful. Thank you Stanley!

Love this condo!

We loved this condo because it is so spacious, has a bar, ice maker, speakers throughout to enjoy surround sound, set of 2 chairs and umbrella are included, lots of balcony furniture, bbq pit on the balcony, beautiful coastal, eclectic decor!! Also it is the best building which is Tower 3- closest access to the beach.

The resort was amazing. We were not in the room we booked which we were very upset about. We booked a certain tower for a reason having several family members staying in the same tower. At Check in were placed in a different tower. We were told that the room booked was given away but we were accommodated to be moved into the correct tower. Like I said a completely different room then booked which was upsetting as we were looking forward to this one. The resort staff were very accommodating and the overall resort was amazing!!

My wife and I have owned condos on Pensacola Beach for 20 years. (Although we've owned this one for only 7 is about 12 years old). We are so blessed to have this particular is truly our first "pick of the litter".

Why they chose this property

This Owner's Unit is located on 9th floor (not too high nor too low) in Tower 3, THE MOST DESIRABLE of all five Portofino Towers since it is closest to the beach! This is the Tower most vacationers request. Unit 907 was custom finished by the original owner, an "inside party" with the developer of the resort. It has custom paint scheme, linen and teak furnishings, wet bar, dining room.
We absolutely love this place and you will too!!

What makes this property unique

(1) Closest to the Beach!
(2) Gulf-Front unit, with views of Gulf AND the national seashore. From your spacious balcony, you face east in Tower other buildings are between you and Navarre beach, some 15 miles to the east! Views here are indisputably the BEST.
