Ανεξάρτητος ισόγειος ολοκαίνουργιος χώρος, με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο και θωρακισμένη πόρτα, συναγερμό, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, στρώμα αφρού, 2 τουαλέτες, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, δορυφορικά ξένα κανάλια, netflix και ένα τεράστιο καθιστικό με μπιλιάρδο και άλλα retro παιχνίδια. Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει καναπές-κρεββάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα άλλα δύο άτομα.
Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη και κοντά στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς (τραμ, μετρό, λεωφορείο), καθώς και εύκολο parking.
