Blessed with ever-present natural sunlight, the spacious living room features a fascinating distribution that embraces a picturesque lounge area with an adjacent elegant dining table. The space is highlighted by a charming fireplace that sets the tone for romantic evenings in the mountainous village.
The upper level is the expansive lower area’s continuation as it features a distinctive architecture. It has a harmonious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a second one with twin beds and an independent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Refined windows with breathtaking views of the landscape adorn both dormitories.
Our mission is to spoil our guests with the best comforts. The property has a centralised cooling and heating system suitable for all seasons. Satellite TV, a well-furnished kitchen and Free Wi-Fi.
The outside area is devoted to guests’ enjoyment. The house has access to beautiful quiet gardens and a private swimming pool with sun loungers.
A fabulous pergola protects the dining table from the sun. Guests might enjoy the BBQ grill, and outdoor bathroom and shower found.

The area
Sóller is a world-renowned village in the World Heritage Mountain Range of Serra de Tramontana.
Appreciated for its prime location in a lush valley between the mountains and the sea, Sóller is a village you will never regret visiting.
The village was baptised as the “Valley of Oranges” due to the enormous amount of orange and lemon trees that burst every season. The mountainous landscape is filled with marigold tones that enamour visitors and locals alike.
What to do
Many restaurants, boutiques and cafés are found around the area. There’s also a lively market every Saturday.
Nearby beaches can also be found near the house as well as golf courses.
Perhaps the most popular attraction in Soller is its wooden train. It’s a working train that has connected Sóller to Palma since the 1990s.
If you have the time, consider visiting the nearby villages of Fornalutx, Deià and Valldemossa!

Check-out
Check-in takes place on the day of arrival from 3 pm and check-out takes place on the day of departure at 10 am. If you need to delay or advance your arrival/departure, please make your request at the time of booking. It might only sometimes be possible, but we will try our best to help you.
Please note that if you arrive at the property after 9 pm, a late check-in fee of €50 will be applied and can be paid in cash on arrival.

Tourist tax
Since July 1st 2016, the Tax for Sustainable Tourism has been levied on all overnight stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands.Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tax.This tax IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION.
