Beautiful villa in Soller with pool sleeps 4 people.

Enjoy this tranquil Mallorcan detached villa with its own swimming pool situated in a large garden full of fruit trees and flowers, with views to the majestic Serra de Tramuntana mountains, it is only a few minutes walk to the village square with many cafes and restaurants.

The house is very picturesque with stone façade and traditioned shutters, it has many modern comforts: fully airconditioned and centralized heating, wifi internet, a modern and well-equipped kitchen.

The lounge has sofas, a dining table and chairs, TV with satellite channels and a fireplace for chilly evenings during the cooler months. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with twin beds and separate bathroom with walk in shower. Every window has beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains.

The house is situated in a very quiet area where you can relax in the enclosed garden and pool with sun loungers, enjoy the various dining areas either in the sun or under a covered pergola. There is charcoal BBQ grill and lots of outside space for children to play. There is also an outside bathroom and shower.
The property has air conditioning system hot and cool in all bedrooms and common areas. We politely ask you to be responsible with energy consumption.

Tranquil haven

This is a beautiful villa in a great location. Less than 15 mins walk to Soller main square yet really quiet. The garden has lots of trees and fabulous mountain views so feels very private. The only thing that could have improved our stay would be better maintenance. The integrated dishwasher door was broken on arrival and the front door knob fell off on our first morning but we fixed these. Lots of blown lightbulbs and the microwave start button was faulty. Unusually there isn’t a villa book which would be helpful for things like the dishwasher as we couldn’t figure it out hence washed everything by hand as the Spanish instructions weren’t easy to follow. Just a little more attention to detail would elevate this to an exceptional villa but it certainly didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Special thanks to Marta for her attentive welcome. We would definitely visit again and highly recommend!

Online sieht die Unterkunft wirklich toll aus, vor Ort ist dies aber anders. Neben fehlender Außenbeleuchtung, ungepflegten Gartengelände (Gehweg zum Pool war voller Rasen und nicht schön gemacht), abgelaufenen Lebensmitteln im Vorratsraum (es ist ja schön, dass vorherige Besucher:innen Gewürze etc vor Ort lassen, hier wäre es aber einfach toll, wenn nach dem MHD geschaut wird durch die Reinigungskräfte), war auch leider die Unterkunft nur bedingt sauber. Wir hatten mit einem Ameisennest zu kämpfen, die sich durch die Holzdecke des Hauses gefressen haben. Es kam einmal ein Mitarbeiter von Spain Rentals, der direkt Gift versprüht hat und die Holzspäne der Ameisen entfernt hat. Nachdem es aber wieder aufkam nach wenigen Tagen, kam eine Kammerjäger-Firma. Wir haben uns ab diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr in der Unterkunft wohnen sehen und sind somit nach 3 Nächten (von 10) ins Hotel gegangen. Die Kommunikation mit Spain Rentals (die das Haus für den Besitzer vermietet) war stets freundlich und man konnte häufig die Mitarbeitenden schnell erreichen. Letztendlich wurden uns die Kosten nach Auszug erstattet. Es ist wirklich eine schöne Unterkunft, aber man merkt, dass sich hier nicht so gut um das Gebäude und den Garten gekümmert wird. Die Pflanzen wuchsen über den Gehweg, die Lampen für den Außenbereich funktionierten nicht, Schimmel in dem Duschbad etc. Katastrophal war auch die Parkplatzsituation, Parkplätze nur schwer zu finden oder mit Kosten verbunden.

Wonderful house in a beautiful location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the house. It is in a superb location, just minutes from the centre of Soller and with great views of the mountains. The house was immaculate and very comfortable, and the pool was essential as the temperatures were so high. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. As I did not have a car (you don't really need one as, while limited, public transport is pretty good around the area) some of my visitors did and the car park next to the bar (just a minute or two away from the property) was fine. Soller is a wonderful town and great base to explore the Serra de Tramuntana from (the walking is superb). I ate at some fantastic restaurants including Luna 36 and Ca'n Boqueta in Soller and the outstanding Ca N'antuna in Fornalutx (tip, the bus from Soller to Fornalutx stops right opposite it) but for all these places I highly recommend booking. I also worked a lot during my stay and the WIFI was quicker than my own at home in the UK! All in all a great place and house to escape to. I highly recommend it.

A nice place to stay. We had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed our stay at villa Futbol. A nice restaurant and supermarket in the near and you can reach the center in a few minutes. It’s a very quiet place with wonderful sight and view on the Tramuntana. We would like go there again. Spanish Rental was very kind and easy to call. It was perfect.
