Welcome to Lloseta, where this fantastic two-storey village house will ensure you an unforgettable holiday.
In the exterior of this beautiful townhouse find cozy places to enjoy the outdoors. Especially, the main terrace has a wonderful chlorine pool, 5 x 3.5 meters and 1.5 meters deep, to cool yourself off and spend an entertaining morning. In the surrounding area, you can sunbathe on the sun loungers or prepare an exquisite barbecue.

It is a two-storey house. Downstairs, there is a functional and spacious living-kitchen-dining room, where you can watch the satellite TV while you cook on the ceramic stove and eat at the bar. There is also a bathroom with shower and a dormitory with two single beds and space to prepare a cot and a highchair. Upstairs, you gain access to another bathroom with shower and two more bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed. All have a wardrobe and an exit to a terrace. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are on the terrace.

Lloseta is a true Majorcan interior village that is full of life. It has endless bars and various restaurants that offers both traditional and good meals, as well as supermarket and different shops. Moreover, it is located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana and, therefore, it is ideal for lovers of going on an excursion, cycling, hiking, etc. In fact, one of the most recommendable excursions is the Tossals Verds one. The nearest beach is the one in Ca’n Picafort, located at only 29 km approximately.

Lovely accommodation

Accommodation was as stated and very nice, some shops etc within easy walking distance, lack of air con is a drawback and instructions in different language would be helpful especially for the TV and cooker which you need to set the clock for the oven to come on.

We stayed here for 6 days of cycling

We stayed here for 6 days of cycling - access to the house was easy and we were immediately impressed with the house - really comfortable and finished to a really high standard. The pool is not heated so if you go early in the year, be ready. Really have no criticism and it was a great base. The town was a short walk, and we found a local bar which served good food about 5 minutes walk away. The supermarket was about 10 minutes walk, and had a good selection - everything you'd need really.

Miejsce świetne, dom duży, ładny. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Bazen czysty, zadbany. Dużo leżaków, miejsce na grilla, cicha okolica. Cudowne miejsce, ale Brak mydła w łazienkach na minus. Pralka do dyspozycji, ale brak kostek i proszku do prania:( Dostałyśmy informację, ze na koniec musimy wynieść śmieci na własną rękę. Pierwszy raz się z czymś takim spotkałam. Ale nie byłby to problem gdyby w domu były zapasowe worki do śmieci. Mimo drobnych minusów, polecam!! Bardzo miło spędzony czas.

Great villa!

Booking was super easy, details for check in and check out as well as the request for bank details to return the deposit after leaving. The villa was very clean and tidy - well appointed and I can’t think of anything we needed that it didn’t have, a great benefit was the washing machine and dishwasher which are a must when going for a villa! Of course kitchen utensils ect are basic and not the same as you have at home but we had everything we needed and after all your on holiday no one should be cooking too much!! The pool was a big draw to booking this place and it didn’t disappoint! Location wise it is in a fairly large residential area but with that comes the choice of shops, bars and bakeries within easy reach and a great central point to base your self from to plan day outs to visit the island. I would definitely look to book again!

The residence is nice for the stay of 5 people. There is no airconditioning which can be though when it’s hot outside. Furthermore, the town is very quiet. Small supermarkets are in walking distance. I do recommend to rent a car when staying here. Lastly, this residence is made available through Homerti, which is a company specialized in creating Airbnb’s. Therefore you cannot expect to have close contact with an owner or have a central point of contact. Which in its turn can have its ups and downs.

Schöne Villa mit Mängeln

Obere Terrasse kann nicht genutzt werden da keine Möbel vorhanden sind wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Zu wenig Teller und Besteck Handtücher leider kein Wechsel in 14Tagen genau abgezählte Handtücher. Kein Satelliten Fernsehen wie angegeben. Nur spanische Sender verfügbar. Nur 4 Poolliegen vorhanden für 5 Personen zu wenig. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Bettina Brüchmann

Very nice house, we had a great holiday !

The House is 30 min from most of the tourist activities so when having a rental car, it is very convenient to visit the island. Foresee some mosquito repellent as they're quite present in the area. Foresee some earplugs to sleep at night, sound insulation from the neighbouring noises is not the best. Overall the House is well maintained, useable and does the job we asked it to do. On top of that, Homerti is very reactive to emails and very helpful with the questions we had. Positively recommend staying in this house to visit around the Island !

Maison de location située dans un quartier sans intérêt , avec un garage sous-loué attenant à la maison (le dimanche, c'est concert de moteurs! ) et un autre garage . La maison est propre , les chambres sont grandes mais le lit double fait un bruit horrible à chaque mouvement. La piscine est vraiment petite. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et viennent entretenir la piscine 2 fois dans la semaine. Séjour moyen pour le prix.

Goixa Lloseta

While we loved the village and the house although there were a few things that let it down. Photos online did not match the reality, obviously villa was professionally dressed especially outside areas. No information with emergency numbers and information on the villa or village. Disappointed pictures did not match the website and also some tlc required. Shower head upstairs needs replacing and shower doors did not always stop water spilling over to the floor.

Heerlijk verblijf, echtpaar met baby

Inchecken ging soepel, op t vliegveld kregen we de code voor hetbsleutelkluisje aan bij de woning. De woning is prima. Zowel binnen als buiten is voldoende ruimte. De ligging is ook goedin een afgelegen straatje waarbij aan het zwembad/tuin geen achterburen waardoor voldoende privacy. In lloseta is alles voorhanden en de mensen waren super vriendelijk. We hadden een huurauto en konden door de centrale ligging binnen een uur op elke plek komen. Puntje van aandacht was de wat kappotte kookplaat en douchekop. .al met al een super leuke vakantie gehad in op een heerlijke plek
