QUIET, SPACIOUS 3* GITE WITH MAGNIFICENT VIEWS OVER THE COUNTRYSIDE, SHOWER IN EACH ROOM

Located at the edge of the village, this large 150m2 gite, classified 3 * by Charente Maritime Tourisme in a typical Charentaise stone and rubble stone house, adjoins the owners while respecting your privacy. Very good condition, comfortable (shower in each room), well maintained in a quiet environment with views of the countryside and the marshes.
Ideally located (close to the A10 motorway), you can enjoy walks on the marsh cycle paths, swimming in the river or at the quick access beach, or visit the cities of Saintes (Gallo-Roman cities) , Pons (medieval city), Cognac, Talmont (classified village of France), La Rochelle ...

The kitchen / dining room equipped with all modern comforts, opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your grilled dishes thanks to its large plancha.
The large bright living room with bay window overlooks a common wooded garden of 8000m2 with its children's swing.
It is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player; WIFI reception, board games and children's toys. A book shelf is also available.

Upstairs the 4 bedrooms with their exposed beams are each equipped with a shower and sink, a clothes closet with shelves and hanging space.
Bedspread, duvet and pillows are provided for each bed.

A WC on the ground floor and one upstairs.

A laundry room on the ground floor is equipped with a sink, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, + a ping-pong table and table football.

The linen is provided, and you can rent sheets and / or towels if you wish. Please specify when booking.

The cottage is equipped with central heating, smoke detectors and a water softener.

Parking for 3 vehicles is available

Séjour fantastique dans un endroit magnifique : au calme, charmant, dans une nature préservée. Le gîte est très bien équipé, très bien tenu et ultra propre, la literie de qualité... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, dans un cadre idéal tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Un gîte parfait pour se retrouver en famille

Réunis en famille avec nos enfants et petits-enfants, nous étions parfaitement installés dans ce grand gîte très bien équipés pour les grandes familles et les enfants en bas âge. Nous avons pu profiter du grand jardin et des jeux pour les enfants et du calme de la campagne tout en étant proche de Saintes et de Pons. Prachtige ruime woning

Ruime woning. Netjes schoon. Vriendelijke verhuurders, die altijd klaar staan om je te helpen maar je verder heerlijk je eigen gang laten gaan. De plancha buiten is ook een uitkomst. Ook alle mogelijkheden van vermaak in en rond het huisje zijn ronduit perfect. Lionel en Sylvie nogmaals hartelijk dank voor een geweldig verblijf.

Grand gîte spacieux et fonctionnel ! Nous sommes venus à deux familles (7 personnes en tout) et tout était parfait : - suffisamment de place et de couchages pour tout le monde - accueil et conseils précieux des propriétaires - grand jardin pour s'aérer Et le soleil en bonus 😊 La maison est agréable et bien équipée, les propriétaires discrets et accueillants. Nous avons passé un bon séjour Les points positifs sont le calme et la beauté de la région Les points négatifs Les vélos mis à disposition des vacanciers ne sont plus en état de rouler, le terrain de pétanque est impraticable et le matériel de tennis de table est très abîmé également c est un peu dommage quand on prévoit ses vacances par rapport à descriptif de la maison Il faut savoir qu'il faut une voiture pour tout même pour se rendre à la boulangerie car celle de La Jard est fermée La région et ses habitants valent cependant la peine qu on passe des vacances chez eux

Un très beau gîte au calme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gîte confortable, très propre, un ancien corps de ferme superbement rénové par les propriétaires, à la fois sympathiques et discrets. De nombreux sites à visiter dans les environs (Saintes, Cognac, Angoulême, Royan, Rochefoirt, ...) et aussi de belles ballades à vélo dans le campagne et les marais. Un grand jardin pour les enfants, des vélos à disposition, ...Bref un séjour réussi et une adresse que nous recommandons !

Goed uitgerust

Het vakantiehuis is van alles goed uitgerust. Onze baby van 1 jaar heeft veel plezier gehad aan al het speelgoed. Babybed en kinderstoel waren aanwezig. Enkel spijtig dat er geen vliegenramen waren waardoor het moeilijk was om het raam open te laten. Verder was ons verblijf heel goed!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sylvie et Lionel! Cette maison invite à la convivialité et au cocooning. La décoration est sobre mais efficace et la propreté irréprochable. L'endroit est calme et agréable. La pièce de vie est vaste et lumineuse, la cuisine pratique et complète, les chambres confortables. La petite alcôve a été apprécié par les enfants, c'était leur coin pour lire, jouer ou papoter! Le jardin est immense! Les sympathiques propriétaires sont très disponibles, merci à eux. Les petits plus: l'apéritif offert, la démarche écologique (tri), le baby foot et les pièces spacieuses! Bref, pas d'hésitation à venir passer quelques jours au gîte de la Jard!
