Thouroghly enjoyed our stay again in Rouffiac, the propoerty is very spacious and well equipped including lots of towels and bedding. Great wifi. The property is between Saintes and Cognac which makes it a great base the explore the area. We had a great day exploring the walking route around Saintes starting from the tourist office and also a great day in Cognac visiting the museuem. The distillery witin walking distance of the property is well worth a visit as are the little cafe/bar down by the river and the Farmers bar in St Sever de Saintonge. We made great use of the table tennis, pool and bikes.

Super vacances au calme, les vélos ont besoin d'une bonne révision, la table et les raquettes de ping pong très bien ainsi que le la panneau de basket et le babyfoot. Attention aux moustiques et autres petits habitants de la maison (toile d'araignée)La piscine est adaptée au nombre d'habitant.

Het huis heeft potentieel, maar er moet veel aan gewerkt worden. De netheid en hygiëne zijn minimaal. Enkele voorbeelden: Ik las in de beoordelingen van 8 augustus 2021, de stofzuiger is geplakt met plakband en nu in juni 2025 is dit nog steeds zo, Het metalen toiletkastje boven de wastafel in de badkamer was binnenin verroest m.a.w. niet te gebruiken. De kraan in de wastafel verliest waterachteraan, geen goede dichting .In de keukenkast vinden we nog rijst, spaghetti, maizena en gedroogd fruit met vervaldatum november 2020 en december 2024. De broodrooster was erg vuil, wie gaat hier een vers broodje roosteren.Er waren 3 parasols voor aan het zwembad waarvan er twee niet meer konden gebruikt worden. Vieze plekken op de matras. De eigenaar zei me telefonisch: je kan er toch een laken over trekken. HYGIËNE ?? De stop in de wastafel hing vol met lange zwarte haren, zeep en nog ander vuil. De eigenaar zei me aan de telefoon: jullie gaan beter op hotel. Beleefd van hem.LEVEN ZOALS GOD IN FRANKRIJK, God zal zeggen: mijn stal in Bethlehem was toch beter.Algemeen besluit: deze vakantiewoning is te mijden. Zie foto’s

Charmante location esprit maison de famille

La maison est spacieuse, décorée dans un esprit maison de campagne, vaste salon confortable pour les soirées en famille. Cuisine bien équipée avec beaucoup de vaisselle. Très belle chambre parentale. Le jardin est très agréable et fleuri, avec des zones ombragées et une belle vue dégagée sur la campagne avec un coin piscine agréable. les bords de la Charente à proximité immédiate sont bucoliques et l.océan reste proche. Un séjour très agréable et nous remercions monsieur BREARD pour son amabilité et son écoute. Nous recommandons sans hésiter

Fantastic summer break

We had an amazing holiday at this property. It has absolutely everything you would need for a 2 week stay. Many an hour spent in the lovely pool or playing table tennis or reading in the garden The bikes were great for a cycle in the mornings to the little ferryboat to the boulangerie. Plenty of lovely walks locally with our dog. Lots of restaurants within easy reach. We had a great stay. Thank you.

séjour en famille

La maison est très agréable dès l'arrivée sur la propriété, espace, calme et cachet s'impose à vous. C'est fonctionnel, il y a de la place et seul le chant des oiseaux parviendra à vos oreilles une fois installé dans le jardin. Sa situation géographique permet de se déplacer sur différents sites de la région sans problème. Nous sommes très content de cette location et nous la recommanderons sans problème.

Vacances en famille à Rouffiac

Très belle maison dans un endroit calme et agréable. La maison est spacieuse. Les plus de cette maison : les livres, les jeux de société, la Baby-foot, la table ping-pong , les vélos, la piscine, les produits ménager, le linge de maison et de lit, . Les points négatifs : la piscine non chauffée donc eau à 19 ou 20, la maison pas propre à notre arrivée, aspirateur tenant avec du Scotch, certains murs sales ou moisis, vélos en mauvais état , éclairage... Dommage car très gros potentiel pour cette maison. Il faudrait juste entretenir un peu plus les lieux pour que cela soit parfait

Un séjour formidable

Une semaine vraiment parfaite dans une maison magnifique et ne manquant de rien (jeux, jeux de piscine, ustensiles de cuisine etc). La région est splendide et il y a énormément d’activités à faire et pour tous les âges. Seul bémol, les locataires précédents sont partis beaucoup plus tard que prévu, à priori sans nettoyer derrière eux, et la gardienne n’a pas pu avoir le temps nécessaire pour tout remettre au propre avant notre arrivée.

passer de bonnes vacances

Maison spacieuse, très agréable, les chambres sont bien réparties,grand jardin ou notre petite fille a gambadé pendant trois semaines avec un grand plaisir, elle a fait beaucoup de progrès dans cette grande piscine, le temps était de la partie, nous avons pu faire différentes visites dans les environs et même été a la plage. Plusieurs livres et jeux ont fait le bonheur de toute la famille, bref vacances reposantes dans un cadre sublime, à refaire avec plaisir. L'accueil a été parfait.

Vacances au calme

La maison est grande et bien équipée nous etions 9 et pas du tout a l'etroit. La piscine, les vélos,la table de ping pong et le jardin si on reste sur place. Elle est bien située pour visiter les alentours proche de Royan et des îles de Ré et d'oleron par exemple. Et nous avons été très bien accueilli a notre arrivée. Rien a redire

Vacances au calme, belle piscine. Maison spacieuse. en famille ou entre amis de bons moments. Mais a rafraichir…. (Mobilier et surtout mobilier de jardin, electromenager pour certain en urgence). propreté a revoir... Maison laissée très propre mais reçue très moyenne.. Mais restons très contents de notre séjour, avec quelques changements nous vous conseillons ++++ c'est bonne adresse.

Location répondant en tout point à la description sur l'annonce. Propriété qui a beaucoup de charme, bien entretenue. Couchages de bonne qualité. Piscine agréable avec une température idéale (aucun besoin de piscine chauffée)! Activités sympas aux alentours (canoe, vélo, visites Cognac, Saintes...)
