Beautiful property surrounded by lush vegetation with lots of privacy next to the forest and a beautiful stream. Ideal for families or groups of friends. 10 minutes from the main attractions of the area (hot springs, theme parks, National Park, among others).
We have air conditioning, wifi, armchairs, tv, the house is very well equipped, the place is super quiet and is very close to the center of La Fortuna, just 10 minutes from downtown.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Nice pool and convenient to La Fortuna and surrounding Arenal areas. Plenty of room for our family and we were even able to see the two sloths who live in the property.

Outstanding place! We saw monkeys and a sloth right on the property! The pool was clean and relaxing. Just far enough from the bussel of La Fortuna and on a small farm.

This was beautiful home near all the activities of La Fortuna and Arenal, yet tucked away for a more peaceful and private setting. We are a family of 5 and enjoyed having our own space to prepare some of our meals, relax in the pool and recoup between activities .

Amazing place to stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Communication was excellent—the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The very kind staff showed us around the property and even found sloths for us! The pool was beautiful, and everyone in our family truly enjoyed the stay. Great location, close to all of our tours. The property was immaculate. The owner was nearby and incredibly helpful. We were able to enjoy the natural beauty and there were even 2 sloths on the property . If you want a great private home a few miles out of La Fortuna this home has everything you need , just bring your food and clothes . Very safe and secure .

Unfortunately, due to the big snowstorm that came across the United States, we were not able to make our trip. That being said that was no fault of the hosts. They were very gracious and were great in communicating with us. I hope when we get to rebook our Costa Rica vacation, this home is available because I was really looking forward to staying there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners/hosts were available and thorough in all communication. The home was well equipped. The bathrooms were luxurious! We loved the location - close enough to the town of La Fortuna, but far enough away to enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounded us. The maintenance man took us to see 3 sloths on the property and shared some fruit with us that grew there.

Amazing property

The property looks brand new! Its an amazing place and highly recommend it. It’s pretty close to downtown la fortuna maybe 15 min drive. Close to pretty much all the activities.

This property was an outstanding stay for us! Two adults, travelling with 1 adult child. Clean, well kept, modern build house, with a spectacular pool/waterfall and a well manicured yard. This property is a great place off the beaten path but close to everything. We would definitely come back!
