Our family of 9 from the UK had an excellent 10-days stay in Trapani at this wonderful villa. There is plenty of space both inside and out, and the air-con in the bedrooms is a blessing to get a great night sleep even in a heatwave.Vanessa and family were extremely helpful throughout, in preparing for arrival, during check-in and during our stay - thank you.The area is wonderful, and the villa is in a great position to explore the many beaches, towns and sites in North West Sicily whilst allowing you to escape and be by the pool in the countryside with great views to Trapani and Erice in the distance.So many things to do in the area - we will be back to do more.

The house is really pretty, the pool is amazing, and the location is ideally located near Trapani. It is very easy to get a cab or drive yourself into town or to E Rice.The outdoor kitchen was amazing to be able to cook food in the evenings with hobs and a fridge outside. The house itself was great. There are five bedrooms. One, which was meant to be a double or we thought was going to be a double, was actually only a large single so we couldn't have two people sleep there. It is going to be converted to a double soon. The AC was effective in all of the rooms and the views from the property were stunning as well. There are sufficient bathrooms and showers, as well as a pool table and table tennis table. Everything is truly amazing. The host brought us gifts every other day during our stay, from bottles of wine to croissants to sandwiches. It is really nice waking up with a little gift on the doorstep, which makes me feel very welcome. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone as the people and the place are both equally stunning.

Mi dispiace che non abbiate fatto caso alla descrizione delle camere dove vengono elencate le tre con il letto matrimoniale più una con un letto ad una piazza e mezza e l'ultima con due letti singoli. È stato un piacere ospitarvi e speriamo di potervi accogliere nuovamente per una futura vacanza. A presto!!

Above It All at Gioia

We had a fabulous stay with friends during our séjour in Trapani. Vanessa's home was incredible--an outstanding view, reliable air conditioning in the bedrooms, pool AND pool table to keep the kids (and adults) entertained and a backyard made for entertaining and lounging. The pool was always cool and refreshing, with plenty of lounge chairs to relax. The big table on the patio meant we could all enjoy our meals al fresco, together, comfortablye. The view from the backyard was really spectacular at sunset--you're able to see Trapani and beyond to the islands, with Erice to the right. Vanessa was always available to answer any questions and check in and out was a breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, and the house worked well for our two families--large enough so we weren't on top of each other during the week. It was great being within a minutes of Pacheco or Trapani--close enough to the action, but ready to return to our retreat at the end of an evening. We would absolutely stay here again!

I had the privilege of having as my first guests in my home Melissa with her beautiful family. Melissa was an extraordinary guest, highly recommended to other hosts. Communication with the guests was very smooth, the place was left in good condition and the house rules were respected. I hope Melissa will come back to my house in the future!
