Casa Vacanze by Giorgia. Independent villa a few km from the city and the sea.
The house is immersed in the middle of an orange grove, where you can spend a holiday in tranquility away from the noise of the city. Completely new and equipped with all comforts. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (where there is a washing machine in one), a large living room-kitchen. The house is air-conditioned, the windows are fitted with mosquito nets, the kitchen is completely bricked-in, there is a sofa bed in the living room. Outside there is a shower, a barbeque and several parking spaces. At 200 meters there is a takeaway bakery and a butcher shop.
It is 4 km from the beach of Arenella, 4 km from the enchanting island of Ortigia, 5 km from Fonte Ciane, 4 km from the marine reserve of Plemmirio (passage 23), 30 km from Noto (capital of the Baroque). Furthermore, further south at 30 km you can visit the Vendicari reserve and follow one of the most beautiful villages in Italy Marzamemi ..
