My 5th year renting in Topsail and have to say, this was an excellent stay. Not only is the house spacious & beautiful but every detail is accommodated for. Also well maintained & super clean throughout. (a big plus- especially at end of busy season)Quiet area of beach with gorgeous views. Can sit on spacious porch or on sand which is a staircase away.Owner and house manager on point with communication.Keeping it in the cue for future family gatherings!A solid 10/10

We arrived after an 8 hour drive to learn our rental was accessible earlier than expected. Clean sheets and towels were sitting on each bed. Nice size living room so all of us could sit and play games. Nice big deck with plenty of seating, for a spectacular view of the ocean. Kitchen table sat eight which was very suitable to our group, and nicely stocked. Third floor had a sitting area with a tv, perfect for the children to watch, while the adults were on the main floor. Conveniently located to eating establishments, shopping, and grocery store.

Beautiful beach house with plenty of room for multiple ages and multiple families. Very clean with all the amenities. Towels and linens provided were a great help when packing. Would love to come back again.

This house was exactly as listed! Everything you could need for a week long stay. The walk from the back porch to the beach was the best! Could watch the kids play in the sand while sitting on the deck with coffee. Restaurants and shops were a short drive in both directions. We spent hours on the beach searching and collecting sharks teeth! 10/10 stay!!!
