The apartment lies on the ground floor of a small villa on the estate. The caretaker and his wife live in the upper floor of this villa
It is a colorful apartment with a large kitchen and outdoors space for dining and for lounging.
3 double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms one with shower only and the other with bath tub and shower.
The 2 double bedrooms have French windows opening up onto the garden. The outdoor spaces are nicely furnished and comfortable for al fresco lunches and dinners.
From the kitchen, French windows open onto a pergola covered in jasmine where you also have a barbecue.
The two double bedrooms give onto a tastefully decorated outdoor living room.
A private path leads through the pine tree grove and the dunes to the beach approximately 200 meters. Here you will find a private cabana with sunbeds, parasol. You can leave your beach equipment here during your stay as the cabana can be locked.
In the apartment you will find both household linen and beach towels
