3 Bedroom, 2.5 baths ( 2 full baths upstairs, & 1/2 bath downstairs ) fully furnished, wi-fi internet, cable TV (55" HD in living room, 46" in Master Bedroom, 32" in other 2 bedrooms); Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove & double oven & reverse osmosis water filter. Separate Laundry room with washer and dryer; Block walled backyard for maximum privacy with grass area for your pet. Double car garage with automatic opener.
This two story town home is great for the Business Traveler or Students at UNM. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and the dining living area downstairs. With a balcony off EACH bedroom to enjoy the outdoors.
FULLY equipped kitchen with dinner and glassware, cooking utensils,crock pot etc.. I try to supply everything one could need, but if there is a special item needed--just ask and it will be provided.
All linens, paper towels, Laundry soap, Toilet paper, toiletries are provided...
The townhome is on corner lot with a small gated yard for your pet(s).

I chose this property due to convenience to the freeway.. which gave me quick access to almost anywhere in Albuquerque.. (Unless of course there is a freeway backup)
