This gorgeous and well kept pool home with updated kitchen, bathrooms, new flooring and a private screened-in pool is located in Port Richey in a very quiet neighborhood. Total privacy in the screened in pool area :-)
Master bed room with attached bathroom that opens directly to the pool area, includes a king size bed. Second bed room with a queen bed.
Spacious dining room and living room, including TV, free fast fiber Internet (55 Mbit/s).
Washer and dryer are in the garage. A kayak is in the garage an can be borrowed free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with all utilities, spices, etc.
Fair use policy : Everything is at your disposal. If you use something or brake something, please replace it and let us know to allow me to give the next person a good service.
All amenities, such as restaurants, shopping and of course the beach are very close by.
Our home is very close to several beaches. (12-20 min)

The home was spotless, had a kitchen with every appliance imaginable, and has a nice screened in back yard pool/hot tub/seating area. There was more than enough room for 2 people, and would also be just fine for 4. Plenty of options for grocery stores/restaurants/shopping within a 5 minute drive. Definitely recommend this home to travelers. Juergen was a great host and was responsive to questions very quickly.

Enjoyable Visit

We traveled to Florida to visit our son and daughter-in-law who moved down in December. The house was very nice and had a very nice pool. The pool was enjoyed by all. The air conditioning unit and fan in the dining room did a great job of keeping the house comfortable all day and night. We didn't even need to turn on the air in the bedroom at night. Juergen and Marie, the owners, were wonderful to deal with. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Juergen and Marie

Family Vacation June 2021

We had a blast!! Hadn't seen our oldest Daughter in 2 years, our first time staying in a VRBO and very pleased with our vacation destination. The house was immaculate and everything furnished that was needed. The manager was very kind and available if needed. If we vacation in Port Richey again we would for sure rent again!! Nice property close enough but far enough away

This is a great property that we stayed at. It is close enough to clearwater, and tampa do go out and do things. But far enough away to get away from the city. Plenty of local food nearby and things to do. The house is well maintained and very clean. We had a great stay!

House very clean; area around Hot Tub had chemicals on floor, we did not use the Hot Tub. Furniture was sparse; Couch and Loveseat very worn. Television operation was cumbersome.
