Uncle Boo's Spacious home with Awesome lake view and large yard.

Uncle Boo's Lake front property 1.3 acre lot on the big water of Lake Seminole known for the best Bass fishing in GA. 2 BR 2 Full Bath has an awesome dining area, with a beautiful wood ceiling that opens up to a sunroom overlooking the lake. Not to mention the great lake view from the master bedroom and master bath. Big open space inside and great outdoor space with a new 24x24 pole barn for grilling and hanging out. A beautiful quiet relaxing atmosphere to just get away, just a little bit of heaven on earth. Wifi internet. We are only a mile from Sealy's landing which has a public boat ramp and Seminole State Park is about 5 miles away where you can go swimming . We are located approximately 20 miles from Bainbridge, GA or Donalsonville, GA. Dollar general is just 4 miles away and lots of great places to eat close by. We love our home and are happy to rent it but we only want Clean & Honest renters. NO PETS OF ANY KIND and NO MORE THAN 6 GUESTS

My son and I ventured on a 3 day fishing trip on Lake Seminole and stayed at Uncle Boo’s. I was instantly satisfied when we walked through the front door. Beautiful, clean and spacious. Mrs. Debra made our stay even more enjoyable. We didn’t catch much fish but it was one of the best trips we’ve had. Thank you Mrs Debra!!

Wonderful property in the area. Great views from the house main room and the private dock. Would recommend you bring cooler with food/drinks to put in the refrigerator for your stay to avoid driving to main local town.

Hope you had a great stay. Yes we are 20 minutes to Donalsonville or Bainbridge but we do have several stores and eating places close by. There is General Dollar, Family Dollar, and Seminole Outdoors who all sell a few groceries.

Wonderful family get away

This is a fabulous spacious home on the lake for a relaxing get away with the family. It is remote which is what I liked. Debra was a fabulous host and very accessible. We have already booked a second visit.

Great Getaway

My husband and in-laws wanted to spend some time with our daughter for her first family weekend at FSU. This was the perfect getaway to do just that!! It is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. We loved it!!

Lake house paradise

Beautiful house right on the lake. We had the most peaceful vacation from just sitting under the patio to fishing from the dock. We saw gators, many bird species , and lots of fish . This property is the real deal and one of our top tens .

Relaxing getaway

Super clean, plenty of space, and had everything we needed. Debra is so kind and considerate. Great little restaurant/gas station 3 miles away. Ate there 3 times. Sunny’s grocery and deli. Nice outdoor space as well at the lake house as well.
