Good spot for a group

Comfortable place to stay. Lacking some essentials in the kitchen/laundry department that we were hoping to have access to (spatula, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent). Plenty of dishes and all the basics were covered. Overall a good stay!

It’s a perfect home away from home for a few days for our family. We love the location of this home

The property manager is very responsive. We wish they would provide more towels for us to use daily or at least have a dryer .to use. They have a washer but no dryer.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

Appartement spacieux sur deux étages, bien centré, calme et près de la plage. Pour cuisiner quasiment pas d’ustensible au vu du nombre de personnes possible, eau chaude il faut attendre 5 bonnes minutes avant qu’elle arrive et quasiment sans pression, douche à changer pas très propre. A notre arrivée très peu d’explication et même pas fait le tour de l’appartement (bon c’était Noël cela explique peut-être la rapidité). Parking proche, 100 Euros a rajouter pour 10 jours. Finalement le prix est exagéré au vu de ses différents points.

This apartment features a duplex layout with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a combined dining and living area along with an open-plan kitchen. You'll also find an en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom. On the upper floor, there’s a reading nook, a second and third bedroom with twin beds, and an additional full bathroom with a shower.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
*The City Hall has increased the city tax rate starting Apr 1st 2026. The new rate is €13.75 per person per night.
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
