Shepherds Spring Cottages are located in the delightful grounds of an 18th Century manor house, situated between the historic medieval town of Fordingbridge and the village of Godshill.

The Maisonette is a spacious flat that is located 20m from the gated complex. The beautiful upstairs flat, sleeps 6 across 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 bunk bedroom, perfect for kids, with 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. It is the perfect space for a family, as it includes a large sitting room area and dining room and large fully kitted out kitchen.

As you open the front door there is a tiled entrance, with storage for all your outdoor shoes, coats and gear and a staircase which leads you to the flat. To the left of the stairs leads to the large kitchen & open plan dining/living room which includes a dining table for 6 people, lounge area with 2 sofas, 1 being a 2 seater reclining sofa, flat screen TV & DVD player. The kitchen area has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge-freezer. To the right of the stairs is a long hallway leading to 3 bedrooms, the main bathroom with bath, over bath shower, basin, WC & shaver point and also a separate shower room with shower cubical, basin and WC. Bedroom 1 with a large double bed, Bedroom 2 with twin single beds and Bedroom 3 with single bunk beds. The landing has storage cupboards with hanging rails, hoover, iron, ironing board & airer.

Outside there is a secluded grassed BBQ area with picnic tables available for the maisonette & both cottages. Please note this is a short walk away from the maisonette back to the car parking area, there is no garden attached to the maisonette. Ample off road parking is available.

Your stay includes Bed linen, electricity, gas central heating and WiFi. If you need a travel cot (please bring own bedding/linen) high chair and stair gate please select this option when booking. Towels are included unless you opt out to receive a discount on booking. Please bring own beach towels. With regret, the Maisonette is not suitable for dogs.
