The location of the house is strategic, as it is surrounded by the magnificent Tuscan hills and central to the main places of interest in Tuscany:

The Montelupo train station is easily accessible, as is the center, both about a ten-minute walk and three minutes by car. Near the house there is also a bus stop from which you can reach the center and the nearby town of Empoli. A cycle path nearby, which follows the course of the Arno river, allows an alternative route more in contact with nature. The house is located in a quiet residential area, car parking is available nearby for free.
