Part C (upstairs). Pet fee $75 PER PET non-refundable. Message us for more that 1 pet. A family-friendly atmosphere vacation or extended stay! Pool with a slide! (No Diving or Pets allowed in pool) Only minutes away, ferry, marina, golf, shops, and restaurants..

Clean, small & close to the beach!

This efficiency is adorable, clean, and is perfect for a couple that wants to be close to the beach! We enjoyed our stay here and our son loved the pool right outside of the door. The only negative for US ( not an issue for people who aren't yeti's ) is that we are a tall family so my husband and I did not fit on the full bed we thought was going to be a queen. He ended up sleeping on the pull-out twin and was uncomfortable. We just needed a tad more bed space. I would come back with a friend though!

Wonderful Vacation Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Casa by the Sea. A one minute walk to the beach makes it a perfect location. We stayed in the studio which was tiny but worked for two people. The pool was gorgeous and other guests were friendly. Yvonne was incredibly helpful and responsive when we accidentally locked our key inside of the unit. I would recommend this vacation home and would like to come back with a larger group and rent the entire home. :)

FABULOUS!

Yvonne and Jose were so sweet, welcoming and friendly. We were treated like family. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Loved how close it was to everything. The beach is just a block away and only a short walk to local restaurants and hot spots.
