Enjoy a gorgeous Beaver Lake View Right in Prairie Creek at The Blue Heron.

Feel at home in this gorgeous, one level, newly renovated treasure. You will enjoy the comfort and style you deserve for your vacation. Relax on the completely covered top balcony or the lower sun deck and enjoy the 180 degree view of Beaver Lake. There is a fire pit and a large Jacuzzi for you to enjoy the outdoors on the cold nights.

The master bedroom is elegantly done to be a private retreat for you to enjoy the view. It has a king-size bed for your comfort as well as a private bath. Each bedroom off the hallway also have there own unique decor along with very comfortable inviting King size beds with access to the hall bath. The bunk room has 1 double and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own large screen TV.

After a fun day on the water enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and having dinner alfresco style on the balcony. There is a nice dining table and chairs along with rockers and gliders to enjoy the steak you just prepared on the gas grill. Or eat inside at the large dining table, enjoying your view from the expansive wall of windows. Either way, you can always keep your eyes on the water. If cooking is not your thing there are many restaurants close by for you to enjoy.

Get cozy on the extremely comfortable extra large living room sectional with a throw and a nice fire in the wood stove as you watch a movie on the largest flat screen in the house. There is also a smaller sectional to relax on if you would rather stare at the water than TV.

For your convenience there is a washer and dryer and a two car garage with room for parking in the driveway as well. There is a lower drive way as well where you can park your boat trailer.

Putting your boat in the water is a breeze with Prairie Creek marina just a couple miles away and the HWY 12 launch ramp, which is even closer. You will be only 5 miles from downtown Rogers.

Great View!

Our family had an incredible week at this property. It has the most amazing view of Beaver lake. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the backyard daily, and the kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock in the afternoons. The house is stocked well and was exactly as it was advertised. The property is also very conveinently located with easy access to the lake and Rogers. We all agree this was one of our best VERBO experiences, exceeding our expectations!

Lake retreat

Long weekend get away.

Breathtaking Sunrise

Really enjoyed the VRBO. House is beautifully decorated. The owners are responsive and think of the little thing like spices and lots of towels. This home has everything you can think of. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Getaway

We have rented many homes in many places, and Blue Heron is by far the cleanest home we've ever stayed. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the home is decorated beautifully. Our grandchildren moved to Rogers recently so we used this home as the gathering place. It was perfect for us - hope to be back soon!

Great house

This was a great house to stay. It is updated, immaculate and comfortable. Beautiful views. It is a bit of a haul to get to Eureka Springs - about 40 minutes. Access to airport is fairly easy.

An amazing vacation!

If you are all about the view like we are, you will not be disappointed with this gem. The beautifully decorated house was super clean and very comfortable. We didn’t have the best weather but the views from inside were just as spectacular as being outside. We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for a low-key friends weekend!

We chose this house because my friends and I (who live all over the country) wanted to get together for a low key fun weekend. This spot was so perfect - beautiful house with plenty of room. And we saw 2 bald eagles! Located about 40 mins from the airport and 20 mins from downtown. I’m a big fan of Arkansas now! Thanks so much!

Great View

Great View and close to Praire Creek Marina which was our goal. The rental was stocked with all sorts of kitchen gadgets, spices, so you don’t have to buy everything under the sun if you want to make your own 5 star meal while eating in and enjoying the beautiful view from the deck, hot tub, or dining room!

Family stay

The home was very clean when we arrived. The view was beautiful and had everything we needed from a comfortable porch, fire pit, hot tub, cooking implements, a dock for the lake and plenty of room. It did take us some time to figure out where our dock was located and the short walk to it was very steep, but it was well worth it once we were there. Thanks to the owners for a great stay. We will probably come back in the future!

Beautiful!

This property is amazing! It is the perfect location for a great weekend or week. The house was beautifully furnished! The kitchen was great and well stocked with the essentials. The view of the lake was breathtaking, we enjoyed the deer that came by each evening. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The owners were helpful and answered any questions we had. A pleasant treat was, London, their black Lab who made us feel right at home. We hope to return. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful house, nice location, everything first class

Have never stayed in a VRBO so well set-up and beautifully decorated! It was a bit tricky to find (never would have made it in the dark). Could have used a few more instructions about where to find things in the house(Modem, boat dock) - but everything you might need was there and the quality made it feel like a luxury resort. My kids want to live in this house permanently!

Beautiful View

The home was exactly as expected. We loved the view. From deck and from inside. Teresa has everything on hand you could need in the kitchen, and whole home for that matter. Big screen TV and channel selection were great. There was plenty of room for our bass boat in the driveway and the home is convenient to Prairie Creek. The back deck was very relaxing (until the last day when construction started next door). We enjoyed the deer in the backyard. We hope to return to the Blue Heron one day.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

BOOK THIS HOUSE! The house is truly wonderful. Perfect size for our large family of ten including four kids. Large living room with comfy sofas. Plenty of room to spread out. Views are spectacular from inside and outside on the deck. Super clean and fully stocked kitchen. AC keeps house nice a cool on summer days. It’s a short walk down to the dock, just know that you might want to take a car down as the hill coming back up is pretty steep. Didn’t trip us up one bit though! The dock is well equipped with heavy duty swim ladder and boat slip if you need. We will definitely be back in the near future! Thanks for all the memories Phill and Teresa!

My husband is an Arkansas native. We met in California where I am from and decided to raise are 3 children in Arkansas. We moved back to Rogers in 1992 and bought a lake house in 2001. We love the relaxing lake life. We had the opportunity to provide a bit of lake life for others by buying this house and opening it up for guests to come and enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Because the views are so fantastic and being right in Prairie Creek it is 5 miles from town. If like me you like to walk for exercise it is great because there are views around every bend.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because of the stunning views and its prime location. You get to enjoy the lake and yet be minutes from Downtown Rogers to enjoy what it has to offer including jumping onto the green way with your bike. You will also be very close to Prairie Creek Marina which is just on the other side of the neighborhood and HWY 12 Bridge where in both places you can put your boat in the water.
