Completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3rd floor beachfront condo located on beautiful 7 mile Old Orchard Beach. Located just a 1/4 mile (7 blocks) from the famous pier and downtown. Walking distance to Palace Playland and restaurants & shops. This is a 1200 sq ft. townhouse style condo, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 1 bedroom and bath on main floor. Large deck with direct view of pier and can watch weekly fireworks, along with the most gorgeous sunrises overlooking Old Orchard Beach. Amazing ocean views out of every window. Sleeps 6, 2 parking spaces, and coin op laundry on site. Linens included and beach chairs provided. Check in 4 pm and check out at 10 am. 15 minute drive to major shopping mall, water park and amusement parks. No pets or smoking allowed.

Perfect for small family get away!

Property is clean and the views are priceless. This was our second stay here and despite the cooler weather, the ocean view in your lap makes up for it! The 5 a.m. train whistle was new this year though. I’m an early riser, but I could see where that could be an issue for folks! 5 star place and owner!

Incredible property

My husband, daughter and my parents stayed at this property this past week and we loved it! The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. It was everything we expected and more! I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean every day! It was an easy walk to the pier and the ocean temp was surprisingly warm! My daughter loved the waves! Melanie was super nice and accommodating! I think we will be back!

Fabulous

The condo was perfect for a girls’ getaway—my sister and I. Great location. Super clean. Great view. Perfect spacing. Could not have asked for a better place. It was my sister’s first visit to OOB and she loved it. My 3rd visit; definitely coming back!
