Family home in the center of Carnac plage near Légenèse

Our house which we like to call "Ty Bugale" (children's house) is a haven of peace in the center of Carnac Plage, five minutes walk from the beaches and the yacht club, but also two minutes walk from the Thalassotherapy center in Carnac.
You will be there in peace with a ground of 1500 m2 and the possibility of resting or living at the rhythm of the summer life of Carnac. This 1920 Carnacoise has been completely renovated this winter and allows you to live a gentle life in South Brittany.
The garden is closed and allows children to rest and play.
The house consists of a living room and fully equipped American kitchen opening onto an 80 m2 terrace with garden furniture, dining area with gas barbecue. You will find 4 bedrooms, 3 with 160 cm beds and a children's room with bunk beds and a baby bed, all with two bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and two toilets.
Closets are available in the bedrooms as well as in the main rooms.
The facilities of the house are very comfortable and new (winter 2019).
Once you arrive at Ty Bugale, you will forget your car since you can enjoy your vacation without a vehicle.
Nevertheless you will have the leisure to stroll in the seaside resort according to your desires without any problem.
