Guests have access to the communal swimming pool, which is open all year round from 9:00am to 9:00pm.



Although the apartment is officially a ground-floor property, it is elevated above the communal gardens and pool area.



Please note that:



There are two flights of stairs to reach the front door.

There is a slope and additional stairs to reach the swimming pools.

The terrace does not have direct access to the communal garden or pool area.



For this reason, the property may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties.



This is a strictly non-smoking property.



No pets are permitted.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.



Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
