Welcome to our little piece of paradise on sunny South Padre Island. Our beach front home has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated. As soon as you enter the condo you are greeted by the lovely blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and admire the breathtaking views from the open concept living area or listen to the soothing sound of the waves from our huge, private, corner balcony. The master bedroom suite with private bathroom allows you to enjoy floor to ceiling ocean views from your king size bed. Our first guest bedroom provides a queen sized bed and a small private balcony. Another large guest bedroom provides two queen sized beds and a lovely guest bathroom adjacent to it. The living area, as well as all three bedrooms, are equipped with wall mounted, flat screen televisions. There is an additional bar area with a small beverage refrigerator and we have a full sized washer/dryer in the laundry room. Numerous amenities which include free internet, cable television, children's playscape, tennis court, basketball goal, hot tub, 2 pools, exercise room, palapa area and gated parking are available for your enjoyment. Mike & Carol's place is superb! Clean, comfortable and well stocked and decorated. Its in a primw location on the island! Mike and Carol have thought of everything for a wonderful stay! What an awesome place! Beautiful relaxing view. Enjoyed that the whole condo is on 1 level. Everything you need plus! Well stocked kitchen -could use some updated pans/skillets. But dishes etc very nice! Had Keurig and reg coffee pot. Easy walk to the beach. Dog area was nice and easy to access also. NO need to take stairs- very thankful for elevator. Also thankful for roll around cart to take luggage up to room.

Why they chose this property

Having been visitors/vacationers to the island for years, we ultimately chose to purchase at Ocean Vista Towers due to the quality, condition, and privacy of this condominium complex combined with the pristine beaches and breathtaking ocean views. We looked at many other condos but found that Ocean Vista Towers offered the best combination of everything we were looking for and its central location made it the stand out choice. We definitely made the right choice!

What makes this property unique

Ocean Vista Towers is centrally located on South Padre Island. This twelve story condominium is located on the beach front and all units face the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You are able to enjoy gorgeous sunrises in the morning and breathtaking sunsets in the evening from our 3rd floor condo with a large wrap around balcony. This complex features two swimming pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball goal, children's adventure playset, cardio workout room, and gated parking for guest. The friendly, on-site management staff keeps everything in tip top shape.
