Professionally managed by a local team, the house is well maintained, scrupulously clean, has a fully stocked kitchen, lots of fresh towels, and all the beach gear you need. Just arrive and relax!


YOUR LOCATION:
One of the very best stays on South Padre Island, Las Sirenas has the ideal location! It is situated on a peaceful bend of road JUST STEPS from the beach and is also conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and entertainment! It is located at beach access #1 which allows easy on-and-off access from the island. Your entire group, both young and old, will enjoy a short 2-minute walk across to the beach. Las Sirenas is centrally located; you can also walk to restaurants, nightlife, shops, golf cart, and bicycle rentals just around the corner. Super convenient is a CVS store nearby with a unique walk-in refrigerator! Try dining at the new and delicious beachside restaurant, Rocotto Grill, right in front! Walk to the bayside bars, restaurants and entertainment directly from the home!

YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE:
Guests can unwind in the privacy of the home's fenced-in backyard oasis. Sit poolside at the bar of the fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with a mini fridge, sink and flattop griddle. Whether it’s pancakes & eggs, or burgers & fries, you’ll have a great time entertaining poolside. Enjoy margaritas and frozen beverages with our new ice maker and TRIPLE margarita machine! Also NEW for 2023, your luxury stay includes a high-tech temperature-controlled system for the outdoor pool! Set your temp for a bathtub-warm HEATED pool during the winter, and a fabulously CHILLED POOL FOR THE HOT TEXAS SUMMER! Also NEW is the spa/hot tub heater, available year-round for relaxing and family fun. The oversized deck is fantastic to watch the morning sunrise or evening sunset over the ocean. It’s also a great place to enjoy a family dining experience for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Take advantage of the outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach.

YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS:
ROOM 1: This large bunk room is located on the 1st floor and includes 6 Twin XL beds (3 sets of bunks with removable guard-rails). It has a Roku TV, its own private full bathroom and comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults or children. This room also has 2 twin-sized rollaway beds that sleep one person each for a sleeping total of 8. Kids will love sleepovers in this room!

ROOM 2: This is a quaint, relaxing room also located on the 1st floor with a queen bed that sleeps 2 people, with easy access to the kitchenette, shares a hallway full bathroom and has a Roku TV.

ROOM 3: This is a large room located on the 1st floor and opens directly to the pool. It has a king-sized bed, a Roku TV, easy access to the kitchenette, shares a hallway full bathroom, and is great for sleeping 2 people.

ROOM 4: This 2nd primary bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. It has 2 Queen sized beds, Roku TV, a private ensuite bathroom, ocean view balcony and is great for sleeping 4 people.

ROOM 5: The first primary bedroom is located on the 3rd floor. It has a king-sized bed with a private bathroom, an ocean view balcony, Roku TV, and is great for sleeping 2 people.

LIVING AREA #1: Located on the 1st floor with a queen-sized sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 people.

LIVING AREA #2: Located on the 2nd floor with queen-sized sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 people.

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. We do provide a small welcome package which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. (There is a super convenient CVS around the corner for any additional toiletries, supplies, and more.) *We strongly encourage that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.*
