Love this house!! Everything you can think of was there. Perfect!! 06/05/24 Because of the bad weather we needed the heating. 35 euro a Day is expensive. Normally the weather is oké, but the hostess told us the heating goes of in March.

Very nice house, but in a poor, noisy location

The house is very well-designed, clean, and pleasant inside, and very well-furnished and equipped. However, unfortunately, it is right next to the main road through the golf resort, which runs right alongside the garden and is only a few metres from the pool. If you are not sensitive to traffic noise, then the house is fine. However, if you do not like the sound of fairly constant traffic at all times of the day, then you should not book this house as you will be disappointed.

Comments can be verified on our website in the reviews section and on this and other portals. The road serves traffic within the resort, which isn't large. Any person can always ask for an address before booking (we aren't allowed to display addresses in the listings). Perfect place in C Caparica

We stayed in Villa Amendoa for 5 nights with 8 people and our stay was just perfect. The villa is very beautiful and has a lot of space and is very well-equipped. Especially the outdoor area is perfect to relax with the spacious pool area and the outdoor kitchen and bathroom. Also the area, where the villa is located is very nice - you can do the grocery shopping at aldi or lidl close by (3 minutes with the car) and you can also reach the beach Fonte da Telha in a 10 minute car drive. We would definitely come back here and we highly recommend allure villas (thank you so much again Ana, Kamilla and Miguel!) - everyone was super friendly and helpful; especially in this COVID19 situation. They always provided us with the newest information and supported us in every possible way. Additional note to the situation: we were coming from Germany and in the German media they talk about a lockdown in Lisbon, what bothered us a lot at first. But in fact, the situation is "only" more strict in a few areas of the Lisbon region (e.g. Santa Klara), and the area of Villa Amendoa is not infected! Of course you have to wear a mask when you go to a store, etc. but it's definitely not as bad as it is portrayed in the media. We felt very safe during our stay and had no concerns at all.

Just perfect!

We stayed at Villa Begonias for a week 14/9-21/9/19 and it was more than we could have expected! The villa accommodated 11 adults comfortably and had all we needed from a fantastic stocked kitchen to the games cupboards just perfect. All our dealings with allure villas were professional and prompt I would recommend them and use them myself again! Special mention to Manuela the villa manager who waited for us after we were delayed getting our hire cars and kept in touch until we arrived . The villa was spotless and the extra touches from condiments to cleaning products/washing detergent appreciated . Overall a great experience for two generations of family to spend quality time together in a home from home .

Because we didn’t find any companies that provided a complete service on the Lisbon coast, we took care of all the details for our guests to have the best satisfaction.

The idea attracted some neighbors and friends who wanted to be part of our new project.

Today, we operate more than 200 units along the beautiful Portuguese shorelines. We keep selecting unique properties that cover all accommodation types.

Our villas are handpicked and negotiated based on exclusive contracts, subsequently inspected and photographed by our local teams, seeking to maintain a high standard according to our guests’ needs and expectations.

Why they chose this property

Inside the resort guests have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses (Aroeira I and Aroeira II), four tennis courts, a shopping area, bars, snack-bars and restaurants. Aroeira is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south zone, ideal for water or sand sports.
Less than 4 km, you have beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset.
About 5 km away there is a wide range of beach bars that at night turn into nightclubs or live music bars.
