Nous avons séjourné du 19 au 25 juin dans ce magnifique coin de paradis. Nous avons reçu un accueil vraiment trÚs chaleureux de la part d'Olivier. Il a été trÚs discret, mais trÚs disponible en cas de besoin. La vue est tout simplement magnifique et les lieux confortables et propres. La piscine privée en fait un endroit bien spécial et unique. Deux québécois en Martinique

Nous sommes un couple du Quebec qui venont de sĂ©journer deux semaine au lamentin. Tout d’abord le site en sois est merveilleux, la vue de fort de france est comme sur les photos, la piscine demeure l’atout majeur de cet hĂ©bergement . Il vous faut absolument une voiture , il n’y a rien Ă  proximitĂ© mais l'Ă©picerie , pharmacie et boutiques sont Ă  cinq minutes maximum de l’hĂ©bergement. La chambre est parfaite, grandeur suffisante, plein de rangement, l’air climatisĂ© est fonctionnel et peu bruyante, la salle de bain est correct mais sans plus, la douche semble rĂ©cente mais le lavabo serait Ă  changer. C’est la cuisine qui vraiment devrait ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©e, il manque beaucoup de commoditĂ© pour des gens qui aimont faire la cuisine. Peut-ĂȘtre est-ce normal mais nous n’étions pas habituĂ©s de devoir acheter les sacs poubelles, le savon pour le lave vaisselle et le papier hygiĂ©nique. Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, on a du acheter l’insecticide. Il y aussi beaucoup de bruit de circulation, la coupe de la canne Ă  sucre juste en face amĂšne des odeurs dĂ©sagrĂ©ables, l’endroit est trĂšs intime mais c’est bruyant. Nos hĂŽtes ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs discret peut ĂȘtre un peu trop, nous aurions aimĂ© faire connaissance et discuter de cette iles magnifique. Nous avons aimĂ© notre sĂ©jour mais plusieurs amĂ©liorations devraient ĂȘtre faite pour optimiser le sĂ©jour des locataires.

J'ai passĂ© deux semaines dans le studio d'Olivier et Katia. Tout s'est trĂšs bien passĂ©. L'emplacement trĂšs proche de l'hĂŽpital Ă©st un atout pour ceux qui, comme moi, doivent y travailler. Endroit tres bien situĂ© sur l'Ăźle, central idĂ©al pour visiter une fois que l'on a compris les flux de circulation. Endroit de rĂȘve avec ces espaces extĂ©rieurs pour vous uniquement. Hotes discrets et disponibles. Tout est conforme. Les rares points nĂ©gatifs, juste un bruyant par moment bien que l'endroit est Ă  l'ecart mais a pondĂ©rĂ© car nous ne sommes pas des citadins. Manque quelques ustensiles, mais je suis sur que katia et olivier nous aurais fourni ce dont nous avions besoin sur le moment si nous l'avions demandĂ©. Pas grand chose des broutilles un couteau Ă  pain et un presse citron, pas pour le ti punch. Dans l'ensemble 5 sur 5. endroit est hyper sympa.
