Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns der große, gepflegte Garten – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen. Auch die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. Die wunderschöne Landschaft rund um Mergozzo und die Nähe zum Lago Maggiore machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

De pluspunten van het huis: - De locatie in de plaats: Het mooie meer van Mergozzo is in ca 5 minuten lopen via leuke nauwe straatjes van het oude dorp te bereiken, en is erg rustig. Er is allerlei horeca, zelfs een exclusief restaurant. - Vanuit de plaats zijn veel bezienswaardigheden makkelijk te bereiken, waaronder de Lago Maggiore Express (zeer aan te raden). - Het huis is keurig schoon - De eigenaren zijn zeer hondvriendelijk. Er stonden zelfs een etens- en drinkenbak klaar voor onze hond, en hondenkleden. Ook kan de hond lekker rennen in de tuin, maar controleer eerst of de hekken dicht zijn. - Je kunt je auto er voor ruim parkeren De minpunten van het huis: - We hadden veel last van hoesten en verkoudheid in het huis; buiten was dat direct over. We kwamen achter de oorzaak: een verstuiver met anti insectenmiddel (waarschuwing op het etiket) in het stopcontact. Waarschijnlijk was er eerder ook met diverse spuitbussen gespoten, die in de kast stonden. Veel luchten hielp. Er waren veel muggen; maar daar zou dan een minder ongezonde oplossing op moeten worden gevonden. -Het gras was al weken niet gemaaid, terwijl in de handleiding van het huis stond dat elke week gemaaid werd. Kleine kinderen kon je er niet op laten spelen vanwege teken gevaar. - Bij de bovenburen (de ouders van de eigenaresse, waarvan we alleen de moeder hebben gezien) hadden elke avond tot heel laat knoerthard de tv aan, heel onplezierig voor ons als benedenburen om dit steeds te horen. - De eigenaresse liet zich nooit zien, alleen de moeder verwelkomde ons, maar spreekt alleen Italiaans. - Er waren alleen een paar kleine bekraste anti-aanbak koekenpannetjes. Na onze klacht vanwege gezondheidsgevaar, zette de eigenaresse in onze afwezigheid een paar nieuwe koekenpannen voor onze deur. - In de badkamer: schimmel op de voegen van de douche en een koord er boven (ongezond), lamp boven wastafel kapot en deur douchecabine lekt iets (en erg als je hem niet hard dicht trekt. - De afbakbroodjes die we mee hadden werden zwart in de oven, hoewel we de normale temperatuur en korte tijd hadden ingesteld. Oven niet meer gebruikt, omdat we twijfelden of hij goed functioneerde. - Op de slaapbank voelde je de spiralen in je rug met als gevolg pijn in de rug (ondanks dat degene die erop lag een slanke persoon is. - Er werden fietsen aangeboden; we hadden daaraan geen behoefte, maar het zijn krotten. - Op het aanrecht stonden allerlei kleinverpakkingen jam, toast, thee etc, waarvan vele ver over dat

Huisje met mooie hrote tuin. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en netjes. Helaas had de 2e slaapkamer een bedbank en niet een gewoon bed. De eigenaren zijn aardig maar praten alleen Italiaans, dus communicatie gaat moeizaam.

Es war eine geräumige und angenehme Wohnung mit einem großen umzäunten Garten (ideal für den Hund!). Schöne Betten und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Dusche war sehr eng/klein. Sie teilen sich den Zugang zum Garten mit den Bewohnern, die oben im Haus wohnen, sodass Sie vorsichtig sein müssen, wenn der Hund entkommt. Es gab viele Mücken, also muss man damit rechnen und sich darauf vorbereiten. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie einige Restaurants mit herrlichem Blick auf den See. Für Ihre Einkäufe/Einkäufe gibt es 5 Autominuten entfernt ein Einkaufszentrum. Neben dem Haus fanden Bauarbeiten statt, die uns jedoch keine Unannehmlichkeiten bereiteten. Wir haben sehr wenig gemacht, und das passte gut zur Lage und zur Wohnung.

La maison est très agréable. La proximité du lac et du beau village de Mergozzo a été une belle surprise : petit village typique, avec possibilité de se baigner ou de faire du kayak. Le départ à 10:30 est un peu tôt. Difficulté pour échanger car uniquement en italien

Sehr schönes Haus für Kinder und Familie mit Hund. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Leider sprechen sie kein Deutsch. Mergozzo ist ein schöner Ort, aber keine Parkmöglichkeit mit dem Auto am See. Nicht weit entfernt von Verbania mit sehr schönen Geschäften.Wetter war toll und wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Mergozzo verbracht.

Fantastico

È stato un soggiorno fantastico!! L'abitazione è bellissima, pulitissima con un giardino immenso che ha fatto la gioia dei nostri cani. I proprietari che abitano sopra sono molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni eventuale richiesta o necessità. Una pace incredibile permette un relax totale per chi come noi voleva ricaricare le pile. Inoltre si trova veramente a due passi dal lago dove si può fare belle passeggiate. Lo consiglio veramente.
