Magnificent Duplex in 1st line beach in Marbella. Urb. Royal Beach
Magnificent duplex on the beach front of Marbesa, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Urbanization with direct access to the beach. Real beach. Within walking distance of restaurants, golf courses, supermarkets and only 12 km to the center of Marbella.
It has several macro rooms, a lot of interior space. A macro kitchen with American fridge.
4 huge double bedrooms. 4 Bathrooms, one ensuite with hydromassage bath; one with a bathtub and two with a shower. Air conditioning in the living room. Wifi. Stately style decoration.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine as well as coffee maker, toaster and iron / board.
In the living room there is a double sofa and another 90.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the terraces.
