FANTASTIC VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL AND GARDEN IN ISTAN NEAR MARBELLA

Total built about 300 m2 with 5 bedrooms (for 10 people) and 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. If more beds are necessary, in the living room the 2 sofas are 135cm beds (in this case, check the cleaning costs before booking).
In addition to the possibility of using in case of need an extra single bed in any room or cot on request. All rooms have closets.
It has 3 bathrooms (one of them en suite in room 1) and a toilet. In addition, another outdoor bathroom next to the outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
Magnificent kitchen dining room, fully equipped; laundry area with dryer and washing machine.
The house is on one floor, so it is accessible for people with reduced mobility, since there is only one step, right at the entrance of the house, none more.
Property of about 3,000 m². It consists of parking area for several vehicles, fantastic 2000 m2 garden with private pool and fabulous views of the local swamp. In the outdoor area there is another kitchen and toilet next to the barbecue area.
It is located on the Costa del Sol, in the Sierra de Blanca, in the beautiful town of Istán, near the golf courses of Marbella, just 15 kms. and less than 25 minutes drive from the beach and Puerto Banús.
The house is located about 70 km from the international airport of Malaga.

Fabulous villa in Istan

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful property. Everything was just as described on the website. Spotlessly clean house with 5 good sized bedrooms & very comfortable beds. Great clean pool area and gardens. Weather very hot in July but cool mountain breezes were welcomed. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to go back. Istan itself is a lovely little village, a little quiet as you would expect. On our last night there a number of restaurants were closed (a Tuesday night). But we found a lovely restaurant 25 mins away in Marbella (El Carnicero 2) which was just perfect. Hotel nearest the house doesn't operate a restaurant which was a little disappointing. All in all though a great holiday villa & area.

Better than expected

We stayed at Casa Victoria with our extended family of 5 adults and 4 children aged 2-4. It was exactly as beautiful as in the photos and is one of the best equipped villas we have stayed in, with everything from high chairs to air fryers. Maria, our host was excellent in communicating with us and showing us around when we arrived. She had personalised the sheets and towels for the kids and gave us excellent advice for our day trips as we were unsure about travelling and parking during Semana Santa. You need a car as there is no footpath on the road but it is only 20 minutes up the hill from Puerto Banus. We also did day trips to Ronda, Marbella and Malaga. We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Victoria with the setting and gardens making us never want to leave! We will hopefully be returning again in the future.

Beautiful, 5-star family rental

We rented this house as a getaway for us and our daughter's family (two kids, 5 and 2). Out of the many rental properties we have visited, this tops the list. Just WOW! Communication with the owners was consistent and amiable. The house is immaculate. Victoria herself gave us our orientation tour upon arrival, providing us with fresh oranges, lemons and avocadoes from her orchard (!!!), as well as a few items to get us through breakfast the next day (coffee pods, coffee cake, milk, cold bottled water). Our grandsons lived in the pool which was kept clean by Antonio. Our favorite spot to eat dinner was at the outside table next to the built-in grill, but there were 4 other tables to choose from! Cannot recommend this house highly enough. As grandson5 says, "I want to come back next year."

Herzliches Willkommen in schönem Haus

Die vielen schönen Ecken zum Verweilen im und ums Haus bieten Ruhe, Gemütlichkeit, Schatten, Sonne usw. gerade so wie man es wünscht. Das Haus und der Pool war sehr sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar. Ein wunderbarer Urlaubsort.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir waren für 3 Wochen im Casa Victoria. 'Nur' 2 Erwachsene, für die das Haus fast überdimensioniert ist. Aber wir wollten Platz und unserer Ruhe und das hatten wir zur Genüge. Ein Auto wird dringend benötigt, da es von der Küste aus (Puerto Banus) ca. 12km Serpentinen den Berg rauf sind. Die Zufahrt nach dem Haupttor an der Strasse ist für Wohnmobile oder Kleinbusse nicht zu machen. Victoria und Tochter Maria waren hervorragende Gastgeber. Leider kann nur Maria Englisch, mit Victoria geht es nur in Spanisch. Bei Problemen ist Maria stets zu erreichen und Victoria kommt ca. jeden 2. Tag früh morgens (vor 8:00) vorbei um den üppigen Garten zu pflegen. Die Aussicht auf den Stausee und bis hinunter zum Meer ist hervorragend und es geht immer eine leichte Brise, die die Temparturen erträglich macht. Die Villa war sehr sauber und Maria hatte uns ein Willkommenspaket mit Obst und Kuchen bereitgestellt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt und wir haben viel selber gekocht. Zum Essen haben wir den Wintergarten mit Ausblick bevorzugt. In allen Zimmern ist eine individuell einstellbare Klimaanlage vorhanden. Alles im Haus ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Von den Wänden bis zu den Solarlampen war es sehr gemütlich. Auch um den Pool herum ist es abends und nachts immer dezent beleuchtet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, aber unsere Zukunftspläne gehen in eine andere Richtung.

A wonderful holiday in a beautiful Villa

The Villa is superbly located with great views. It is right in the hills with a view over Istan to one side and the lake to the other. It is large, there were 6 of us staying but it could of easily accommodated more. The outside area is great for eating and the pool was amazing! The owners were easy to contact and gave us clear, timely and helpful instructions on how to get to the property and access it. We had a great time and would definitely recommend

Perfect Paradise

After searching for our perfect place to spend for a special family reunion, we discovered Victoria's Villa. It lived up to all our expectations, and more. The house is on one level, with lots of spaces to relax, and eat. The rooms all spacious, especially the kitchen. And the outdoor bar/kitchen area by the pool perfect for all day dining. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the stunning view. The house is very private and yet close enough to walk to the pretty village of Istan. Lots of local walks for those who like to exercise. Victoria and Maria were very helpful and available if needed. Everything you need is thought of. It was the perfect place for us and we were all very sad to leave.

Lugar idílico para unas vacaciones

Desde el primer minuto al llegar al alojamiento, sabíamos que habíamos acertado. Sus anfitrionas Victoria y María Jesús encantadoras. La casa es inmensa, y en perfectas condiciones. Las vista inmejorables hacia el pantano. No falta ni un detalle en las habitaciones , baño y cocina. En su parte exterior una preciosa piscina y diferentes pequeños lugares donde disfrutar de las vistas y la tranquilidad. No dudaríamos en volver a repetir en un futuro viaje a Málaga. Recomendable 100%.

Estupendas vacaciones con amigos

Hemos pasado una estancia estupenda un grupo de buenos amigos. La casa sorprende por todo, equipamiento, limpieza, mobiliario, cocina espectacular, habitaciones.... pero lo que se lleva la palma es la zona del "chiringuito" al lado de la piscina, total!!! Gracias a Victoria y a María Jesús por todo.
