Duck Pond Cottage is a detached cottage located in Long Sutton, Lincolnshire. It has three bedrooms; two double a(one is a UK Queen size, sleeps 2 people)and one twin, together sleeping up to six people. There is a separate family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs has a cloakroom and WC, as well as an open-plan kitchen and dining room. There is a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug room. Outside has an enclosed garden area with a bistro table and chairs. Duck Pond Cottage is an excellent cottage for those family breaks. Please note: Farms nearby so there may be tractors etc driving on the road during the day. Please note: Sorry, BBQ's are not permitted at this property.

Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Off road parking for 3 cars and lockable bike storage. Enclosed garden with table and chairs.
