Fully equipped for 6 people near the city center and all amenities. Shops, restaurants, as well as Nice Ville train station and the tram line are within walking distance in a few minutes.

It is located on the 3rd floor of a residence near the sea with lift, it is bright and has air conditioning.
The apartment consists of an independent kitchen fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer etc., a living-dining room and 3 bedrooms all with 2 beds of 90 cm x 200 cm which can be joined to form King beds (180 cm), a large bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, another bathroom with shower and toilet and another independent toilet.

PALAIS PROMENADE AP4166 by RIVIERA HOLIDAY HOMES - December 2021

Fantastic apartment next to the sea to share for a family. Lucienne was extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions we might have. The apartment was clean with all the necessary commodities. If you like to cook, there is a very large kitchen you can enjoy! highly recommended.

Séjour EXCEPTIONNEL

L'accueil est très agréable et personnalisé car nous avons été reçu sur place avec des conseils et recommandations pour notre séjour. Le logement était impeccable et fait pour que l'on se sente à merveille. La literie était parfaite ! Rien à améliorer, on recent l'expérience dans la qualité de service offerte par l'agence.

D'abord, je souhaite vivement dire que le service de gestion de cette appartement est impeccable, sérieux, gentil. L'appartement, est très bien situé, facile d'accès. Très propre, spacieux, sécurisé, bien équipé, fidèle aux photos. Seule point qui nous tous pas plus, c'est quand on ouvre les fenêtres l'environnement n'ést pas plaisant à voire. L'appartement ne donne pas sur la route, mais dans une cours intérieur pas jolie d'un côté et sur l'arrière d'un immeuble délabré ou on a vu sur les occupants... C'est le seul point négatif.

PALAIS PROMENADE AP4166 by RIVIERA HOLIDAY HOMES - Decembre

Lovely location, right on the promenade. Beautiful apartment with large bedrooms and plenty of space. Key collection was quite far from the airbnb but this wasn't too much of an issue as it was right by where we got off the tram from the airport. Would definitely stay here againrecommend to anyone visiting Nice. Beautiful

Kiva asunto hyvällä sijainnilla, mutta erikoiset käytännöt ja pari muuta juttua...

Asiointi majoitustilan välittäjän kanssa sujui sähköpostitse ja puhelimitse erittäin hyvin ja kohteliaasti. Saavuimme Nizzaan myöhään illalla ja haimme avaimet sovitusti keskustassa olevasta hotelli Borealista n. 1 km päässä asunnolta. Asunto oli yleisilmeeltään erittäin siisti, mutta meidät yllätti kovaäänisesti nariseva ja rutiseva parkettilattia. Kahdessa asunnon WC:ssä oli kuudelle henkilölle viideksi päiväksi yhteensä vain kaksi rullaa WC-paperia. Keittiö oli monipuolisesti varustettu ja astioita oli runsaasti. Paistinpannu tosin oli jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Asunnon läheltä löytyi monta ruokakauppaa ja muutenkin sijainti oli meille hyvä: lähellä rantaa ja lyhyehkö kävelymatka keskustaan. Asunnossa oleva internet-yhteys oli erittäin nopea ja TV:stä näkyi runsaasti (ranskankielisiä) kanavia. Ikkunat olivat sisäpihalle päin ja näkymät olivat aika törkyiset. Ei ollut ihme, että ohjeissa kehotettiin pitämään verhot ja kaihtimet kiinni. Poislähtiessä asunnon luovutuksen säännöt hiukan ihmetyttivät. Roskien, lasi- ja muovipullojen sekä tölkkien poisvienti kierrätyspisteeseen kuului asiakkaalle. Samoin liinavaatteiden irroitus sängystä ja puhtaiden astioiden tyhjennys astianpesukoneesta. Asunnon vuokrahintaan (joka ei kuitenkaan ollut halvimmasta päästä) olisi luullut kuuluvan nämä siivoukset ja aiemmin mainitsemani WC-paperi vuokra-ajalle. Kaiken kaikkiaan asunto oli käyttöömme kuudelle henkilölle kuitenkin oikein hyvä. Häiritsevin asia oli tuo pahasti nariseva parkettilattia, joka herätti joka kerta, kun joku liikkui makuu- tai olohuoneessa.
