This fisherman's house completely renovated in 2010 is located 200m from the sea on the coast of the Gulf of Morbihan in the small historic village of Kerners.
House exposed East-West having a small courtyard in the East close of walls. Ideal for breakfast.
In front of the house to the west, a larger yard surrounded by vegetation.
Each courtyard is equipped with garden furniture + sun loungers and barbecue.

The house has 3 separate bedrooms.
Upstairs :
A room with double bed (140) and cupboards.
A second children's room with a single bed (80) and a pull-out bed (80) + closet.
A bathroom with toilet is also located on this floor.

On the ground floor :
A third bedroom with double sofa bed (140) serving as TV room with many cupboards.

TV with satellite cable + DVD player.
Internet access by livebox

A fully equipped American kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
Espresso coffee machine.
Living room with wood stove (Hase), sofa and 2 armchairs. Round table with 5 chairs.

Bathroom with separate toilet on the ground floor.

The beds are equipped with underpacks, pillows with pillowcases and duvets (except for the sofa bed equipped with a blanket)

Possibility to rent sheets and towels at the ocean launderette located 1 km in the village of Arzon

Komfortables Steinhaus in charaktervollem Dorf am Golf

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Haus mit guter und ansprechender Einrichtung und 2 Sitzplätzen im Freien. Hinter der schönen, alten und blühenden Dorfstraße beginnen die Strände und langen Wanderwege rund um die pittoresken Küsten des Golfs von Morbihan. Zum Hauptort Arzon und seibem hübschen Hafenteil Port Navalo gehören auch Strände zum offenen Atlantik hin, sehr schön und auch geschützt. Wir haben diese Region als wärmer und windgeschützter, auch ruhiger als andere Gegenden in der Bretagne erlebt.Viel Natur, Wasser, viel Erholung! Unbedingt wieder.

Petite maison bretonne dans un hameau calme

Maison agréable à vivre dans un hameau au calme où il fait bon de se poser après de belles randonnées pédestres. Il y a en effet de nombreux départs de promenades à faire dans cette partie du golfe, de la maison, du Port du Crouesty ou de Saint Gildas. Nous recommandons cette location pour les amoureux de la nature.

BELLE MAISON

Maison bien située, accueillante très propre et bien aménagée pour 5 (3 adultes et 2 enfants). Les procédures d'arrivée et de départ sont simples (boîte à clef) mais les propriétaires sont joignables et facilitent des arrivées précoce quand il n'y a personne avant (très bien on gagne une 1/2 journée). A noter un supplément chauffage en période hivernale (normal mais pas noté sur le site). Appréciation générale tès très bonne.

Accueil facile et autonome. Maison confortable pour 2 ou 3 personnes . Surfaces a l.etage petites et en sous pente. 2 sdb douche et 2 wc ok. Ensemble confortable et suffisamment équipé. Quelques petites réparations à prévoir. Village typique calme et tres proche de la mer d un côté et du golfe de l autre.

Charmante maison de pêcheur

Très bien agencée et décorée, il faut bien noter que les chambres à l'étage sont aménagées sous les combles et que les lits de l'une d'elles sont pour des enfants (80 cm). Sinon le quartier est très agréable.

Une très jolie maison de pêcheur typique dans le plus joli quartier d'Arzon. Un intérieur moderne, lumineux et très confortable. Grâce aux deux courettes ensoleillées, on peut prendre tous les repas dehors dès le printemps. Réservez vite, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Kleinod auf der Halbinsel Rhuys

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Beschreibungen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, der Garten groß genug zum Verweilen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Meer und dem schönen Strand Kerjouanno oder beim Einkaufen. Das Bassin de Morbihan liegt gleich um die Ecke und bietet tolle Aussichten zum Verweilen und/oder beim Wandern auf dem Küstenpfad. Schön sind auch die vielfältigen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Boot. Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter: wir hatten die Bettwäsche vergessen; am nächsten Vormittag stand die Tochter der Vermieter, die selbst in Urlaub waren, vor der Tür und half uns weiter. Ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert!

Perfect for couples. (With the option of more persons)

A lovely little “Cornish Cottage” style property in the hamlet of Kerners. Close to the coast path with more choices of where to walk than you realise. Beaches are about a mile away but we walked there each time using the the footpaths and cycle routes. If you have a cycle take it with you. The property is modern and we were welcomed on our arrival. We had very hot weather, and there is no air conditioning but we managed. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend staying here. Merci Jean-Pierre

Traumhafter Ort

Wir haben die Woche bei bestem Wetter absolut genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Ort. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit und fanden es sehr schön damit zum Markt, Bäcker oder Hafen zu radeln. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
