Pop downstairs to Galway's famous Charlie Bynes bookshop and spend hours sifting through old books, and new, and you will definitely pick up a few bargains.
You will be spoiled for choice with the location of the apartment. So many new and old restaurants on your doorstep, pubs, historical buildings, the list goes on!

This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We supply towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs.
Other things to note: We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless traveling with family. We do not rent to locals.
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
